He continued along the road as his mind reached out to Roman emergency meeting now, close members only. Zoning back into focus on the words coming from Gabbie he nodded, "right ill drop you off there. This won't take long." Pulling down the side lane he pulled up outside of Sashas flat, "thats fair.. but I hope we can talk about this properly soon because I never got a chance to tell you how excited I am." Pulling her close he gave her another passionate and desperate kiss before pulling away, "once you are done head over to the cabin litrle one, its not far but send me your live location.. just to be safe."

Gabbie frowned, shaking her head. “I’m an awful friend, worrying about my own silly little problems after what she’s just gone through? I should be there holding her hand.” She sighed, scratching her nails along the seatbelt until he pulled up and she undid it’s carefully. Her face lighting up just a little when he said he was excited. They never got to share that moment, he’d found out before she was even ready to say anything herself. “We will, when we are home.” She promised him, her lips captured against his she ran her fingers through his hair. “I will do wolfie don’t you worry about a thing.” She kissed his cheek before getting out of the car, her keys jingling as she went through sasha’s front door. A shiver running down her spine.

So defeated. Now she was back on her bed with Shaun on the floor playing with his favourite little werewolf toy like he always did. Her face was blotchy and her nose a little runny from all the crying so she kept having to sniff. "and of you." she said, giving Dymitrius a weak smile, "doctors said I need to get some rest.. do you mind maybe taking Shaun so I can sleep?"

Connor waited until she was out of the car before speeding off along the road and to the cabin. Getting out he headed inside, there was around twelve werewolves in all in attendance, all of whom were tight circle members that were privy to all classified information. And then there was Colton, who he had thought it was only fair to have attend as well. "Our Alpha won't be joining us on this occasion, he is currently with Sasha at Woodside Hospital. Last night Sasha was attacked by two unknown werewolves, they attacked her under the sentiment that they thought she was our Alpha's companion. This means whoever these wolves are they have been fed incorrect information but are willing to hurt and potentially kill to take down this tribe. We need to increase our patrols to ensure safety of our members. "

Gabbie had to hold her breath. She couldn’t even face going into the living room right now, instead she rushed up the stairs into sasha’s bedroom and began packing her a little overnight bag, getting her favourite cosy pyjamas she always saw her in when they had sleepovers, as well as some fluffy socks, and then some clothes and all her usual skin care and stuff, things that would make her feel pampered. Though her heart dropped when she saw the picture of one of the scans in a photo frame and Gabbie crumbled, a few tears escaping from her eyes. This was such a sad day for them all.

Colton was glad he was invited. Him and roman had been doing patrols and had been checking up on what the latest news but suspiciously, no one had seen the men leaving or entering the territory, which to him meant they were part of the territory. And if that was the case, he would go knocking on everyone’s door until he found the bastard that did this to Sasha. The whole group were nodding with wide eyes and the mood was very dull, as expected. He cleared his throat, feeling a little braver than usual. We need to make sure that Sasha feels comfortable in this tribe still. She is an important member.. and we need to show her we all support her.” He told them.

Once the goodbyes were all said and done she slid her hand back into Dymitrius and they made their way out of the building. "come on, I'll bring the car to us, it's too dangerous for me to try and teleport with Shaun, he's too young." Since Dymitrius had come in the ambulance and Roman had driven Luna this was the only way and as she stood with her hand out facing the road she managed to make the car appear in front of them which resulted in little Shaun clapping excitedly.

Connor turned his head to Colton, he was younger than both Diamond brothers and closer to Sasha's age but he had managed to pluck up a lot of courage. "You are right Colton, that's why we need to get her new home finished off. Which.. unfortunately brings me to the heartbreaking news." he swallowed, closing his eyes for a moment and trying to imagine Gabbie was there holding his hand as he spoke to make it a little easier, "While Sasha will make a full recovery, it pains me to confirm that her and Dymitrius little girl did not make it. We will be holding a memorial service in two days time. "

Gabbie collected herself together and packed the last few things before zipping up the little bag for Sasha and then she headed back downstairs, locking up behind her she pulled her phone out and started her live location thing, alerting Connor so he would know she was on her way back home and he would be able to see the route she was going too. She didn’t blame him for being protective, she knew it was the werewolf gene that did it and she actually admired it. She headed back to the cabin, sliding through the doors once she was there but staying silent, slipping into a seat at the back.

Colton about felt his heart break when Connor told them the awful news. He knew how much Sasha had been looking forward to the baby and her new life as a mom of two and he had vowed he would stick by her side, even as a friend but maybe more, to help her whenever he could and he was going to stick to that, even now. “We will make sure the house is ready for when she comes home.” He repeated. Bowing his head the whole tribe taking a moment of silence before they began to disperse. This was grim news, the alphas unborn being mercilessly killed.

Watching as the men around him took the news his eyes landed on Colton and he could see the heartbreak in his eyes. That child may not have been his but the lad clearly cared for Sasha and he was determined to do anything to protect her. "Good. Her and her son will need a safe place to stay until we find the bastards that did this. That is all I had to say, I'm sure Dymitrius will be back but until then you will answer to me. Do I make myself clear?" they all responded with yes and his head lifted when the scent of Gabbie filled the room and he gave her a small smile. It must have been odd for her to see him in such an authoritative position. It was weird for himself and it just reinforced how the job of an Alpha wasn't for him. "You are all dismissed."

I don’t want shaun seeing it.” He said quietly, though of course his little ears had picked up on it, the werewolf hearing was strong even from a young age. “Come on, we better go inside.” His phone was going mad with messages but he didn’t really want to read them right now.

Gabbie rested the bag beneath the table and leaned back in the chair, crossing one leg over the other. Even though this was a sad moment she was so proud of Connor for stepping up and even happier that the tribe accepted him as temporary alpha while D was sorting out whatever he needed to do. Plus the authority that he held in his voice wasn’t something she heard very often, and she had to admit it gave her butterflies in her stomach. She waved off the tribe members and then got up from her seat, heading up to the front of the room, taking a hold of his hands. “I’m so proud of you.” She told him, leaning up to press a kiss or his lips. She really had forgiven him. Eden in the other hand.. she couldn’t wait to wrap her hands around her neck.

Once the room had cleared he smiled as Gabbie approached him, wrapping his arm around her little waist and pulling her nice and close to him, "Think I sounded confident enough?" he chuckled. Holding her lips to his for a long, sensual moment he let himself enjoy the sweet taste of her before pulling away so that he could talk, "I can't understand why Dymitrius wanted this role so badly, it's fucking awful but the way people respect you.. that's something I can adjust too." Looking down into Gabbies eyes he used his free hand to move some of her hair behind her ear, "was the walk here okay? nobody approached you right?"

Thomas had been sat there for a little while, waiting for the living couple to come home. And the dark magic radiated through the home as soon as Luna came inside and he was furious, cracking his knuckles he stood up and padded over to her, staring down at her. “You’re a traitor, nothing but a low life scum. You know that your dark magic is illegal up here, you can’t keep using these things and yet still, you act as if you are higher than all of us.” He scowled. Grabbing her by her wrist, he began to press a blade to the main artery against her wrist, the one that would contain her deepest darkest magic. “You don’t deserve any of your powers.”

Gabbie loved the way his arms felt around him, it was starting to feel right again, not like it was betraying something snd she nuzzled herself closer, letting her hands come up to wrap around his neck, holding herself as close as possible. “I’m glad you’re not alpha.. although I do like your big bad wolf voice when you’re being serious.” A smirk tugged at her lips even though they were having a very serious discussion, she just couldn’t help herself. Her thumb stroked up and down the back of his neck, shaking her head. “There was literally no one around me, and I made sure not to put my earphones in too. I’m fine, don’t you worry for no reason alright?” She smiled up at him.

Connor raised his brow ever so slightly at her comment, "you liked that did you?" and in one swift movement the arm that had wrapped around her waist and scooped her up so that she was now level with his face and her legs were wrapped around his body. "A little birdie told me that a certain Gabriella Diamond has been with holding top secret information from her big bad wolfie." he growled playfully at her, "in the form of kisses might I add!" and he pressed dozens of kisses all over her face which made her giggle. But his tone shifted for a moment, "there is a reason to worry, there are dangerous people on the loose right now and if they touch a single hair on your body I wouldn't be able to live with myself." His protective side was coming out strong now but he didn't care, he would protect his little one until the end of time.

Thomas pressed their blade further against her skin as she began to argue back at him, making him angrier and angrier. “Dark magic causes harm whether you want it to or not, you know the consequence of it Luna don’t act like a fucking idiot.” He warned her. Her grasp on him weakening him immediately and he winced, falling to his knees, she was draining him of everything and he wondered if she even realised she was doing it. “Get off me now, I’m warning you. I’ll report you to the council and you’ll have everything taken from you in an instant. Locked in purgatory forever.” He spat, trying to push her away from him.

Gabbie gasped quietly when he picked her up, her kegs immediately wrapping around him like it was a second nature to her. She remembered the first time he did it snd she warned him she was too heavy but no, he was one hell of a strong wolf. “I would never!” But then she realised what he was on about before being ambushed with kisses and a million giggles fell from her lips, scrunching her face up at him. Her arms winding so runs his shoulders to keep her in place as she gazed up at him, letting the giggles stop but the sweet smile was still on her lips. “They have not reason to come after me.. I’m a nobody. Which at this moment in time I’m really quite grateful for.” She told him honestly.

Connor had missed hearing that laugh, it was beyond any other sound he had ever picked up. When he was younger he use to love lying in the forest and focusing in not he tiny sounds that little bugs would make as they went around their day but now he would die happy to the sound of Gabbie's sweet innocent giggles. "You are not a nobody Gabbie.. if they are going after those around my brother there is nothing stopping them targeting us next." Using his free hand he ran his hands under her chin, holding her gaze with his before pressing a passionate kiss to her lips. "We need to be careful." he said, it was as simple as that and he turned, heading to where she had sat he scooped up the packed bag with his free hand and carried both the bag and his wife out to the car. "I've got the tribe working double time on Sasha's new place but in the meantime I will be installing a better security system for us as well. I'm not taking any risks now."

Dymitrius could hear the commotion in the living room and it was something he never wanted shaun to have to face. And he wouldn’t, he wouldn’t be alpha, he would be allowed it live whatever life he wanted, if he wanted to live with the humans he had it within him to be like that, or if he wanted to be in the tribe, he could do that too. He could feel the darkness growing and he grasped into his chest, closing his eyes as he took some deep breaths. Luna was changing and he didn’t know what it was but he just hoped she would be honest with him and tell him.

Gabbie’s face fell serious when he spoke and she had to admit she was brushing it off at first, but the way that he explained it, it made her a touch scared and her heart rate sped up, a small frown pulling at her lips. “But.. but I don’t want anyone to come after me., or you, or our little baby.” She shook her head, her hand consciously resting on her stomach. But it was all pushed away when he kissed her and she indulged in it for longer than she needed to but god damn, she loved her husbands lips. About to get down but he carried on carrying her and she grinned a little bit. “I want to help them make sasha’s house, I want to help in any way I can. I can do something useful can’t I?”

He's gone home but I'm afraid you'll need a new Elder she said into her companions mind.

Connor could see the realisation of how serious all of this was finally setting in for Gabbie. Of course it must have felt like nothing could affect her, considering she wasn't a werewolf herself but she was the sister in law (is that correct?) of the alpha now which meant she could be vulnerable. "I won't let anyone hurt you or our baby, that's a promise." he pressed a kiss to her forehead before opening up the car and laying Gabbie down onto the seat. He had never done this before, carry her around like a child but there was something protective about it. He had the power to keep her safe and close like that. "Of course you can help, perhaps you could lend a hand with picking out some furniture and painting a few of the rooms that still need done?" he suggested, not wanting to make her do anything too labour intensive even if she was a bad ass powerful angel/demon hybrid.
