Winnie shook her head as he claimed she wasn't alone and that he was there to share the burden of her pain. But all she could focus on was that he was the last one to see her. He never even let her say goodbye. But now she realised that she couldn't grieve, not now, not here. "I have no time to grieve, I need to inform the coven of today's events," she said, pushing herself away from Damon's embrace as she rose to her feet. Being this close to him was making her feel physically sick at the moment, his energy was stronger than ever and she could sense some of her own kind mixed in there. "Don't follow me, I'll be at the shop for a while sorting everything out. Round up everybody else and take them home, I'll be there as soon as I can," she told him, her voice still weak as she wiped under her eyes with shaky hands. The bag of necessities was still lying on the floor and she picked it up before walking away from the situation behind her. Her change of attitude was abrupt, yes, but she realised that grieving would not being Kat back, no instead this experience would make her stronger it would make her realise that nothing was permanent and to never trust reapers. --- Kirk nodded as he allowed Robyn to lead him away from the emotional scene. Seeing Winnie cry was too much, it was a first for them all and he really was not comfortable with it. Robyn's words brought him back as he looked down at her, "How much do I like what?" he asked her as he took a good look at her. The compulsion had taken a lot more out of her than he first realised. Her grip was weak, her palms sweaty and she looked extremely tired. "Jeez Ro, don't faint on me please. You should've said you needed to feed!" he exclaimed as he let go of her hand and rolled up his shirt sleeve, revealing his wrist. He wouldn't normally do this, let a vampire feed from him, but he would much rather lose a pint of blood than to have Robyn faint on him. "I'm your meal for the next five minutes as long as you can get past the dog stench," he teased her lightly as he held out his wrist to her.
