The sick feeling began to disappear as she relaxed. Being around Michael did help her to relax at least a little.

Mat smiled a little as he finished sorting his room out so that it was ok for when Sara arrived. He wanted to make sure his room at least looked a bit presentable. It had been a bit mad because he hadn't been home much due to practice and work. He ran down stairs, making sure his nieces were ok. They were visiting this week and his brother and his wife had gone out for a bit so he had to keep an eye on them. ''You guys shout me if you need anything ok? Me and Sara need to work on our speech but if you need anything we can come and work down here ok?'' he told them as he leaned against the living room door frame. They were currently watching cartoons so he was going to leave them to it. He opened the door when Sara knocked and smiled ''Hey Sara. Come on in.'' he said as he held the door open for her.

She looked up when she heard a voice ask if she remembered them ''Erm.'' she looked at him and then nodded, realising it was someone she had known since nursery ''I do remember you. You were the guy that stole my favourite doll in nursery and snapped my favourite crayon in half.'' she said with a little shake of her head. She could remember her younger years really well so she could remember Liam. ''So are you two still together?'' Ashley asked, Cassia, raising an eyebrow. Cassia bit her lip ''Erm..'' she glanced at Michael, not really knowing what to say. They hadn't really spoke about what they were exactly. 

Mat smiled when he opened the door, she looked gorgeous. He loved Sara's style, it was different to what all the other girls were wearing and he really liked it. ''Thanks. My mother will be happy to hear that you said that. She is so proud of this place. She designed a lot of it.'' he said as he closed the door. He turned round in time to see Amy, his seven year old niece run back into the room. He chuckled ''Sorry about that, my nieces are here for the week with my brother and his wife. They went out so I have to keep an eye on them. They were wanting to meet you since I said that you were coming over.'' he said as he gave her a smile and a little laugh. ''I'll just make sure they have snacks and stuff to keep them entertained before we go up to my room to get started.'' he said as he wandered into the living room. Both girls were sat facing the door and the tv was on mute, they had been listening in on their conversation. He laughed a little when Amy and her younger sister, poppy ran towards Sara. ''Hi!'' they said happily.

''And I'm Amy, this is my little sister Poppy.'' she said admiring the pretty ladies hair when she knelt down to their level. Mat chuckled and shook his head ''Just ignore them. '' he said as he gave them a smile. ''Be good, you two.'' he said as he exited the room and nodded. ''Yeah let's go on up now.'' he said as he led her up the stairs and into his room. He kicked his shoes off and flopped down on the bed before sitting back up. ''Do you want a drink or anything?'' he asked her.

Mat looked around as his room when he laid on his bed, looking at the pictures as Sara did the same. He sighed a little as he landed his eyes on the one of him and his two brothers. His other brother was the one thing that made his family not so perfect. The family had almost been destroyed by his second older brother. His addiction meant that much to him that he almost took everything the family had and when he took the money, the drugs he bought with it were the drugs that killed him. No one knew that it had happened apart from the family and the people who had known him, it had been kept very quiet but it was hard for all of them. Around the time that was all happening Mat threw himself into basketball to get out all his anger and frustration at the situation.  He sat up and nodded ''Yeah, let's get started. How do you want to start it? Do you want to start or do you want me to? I was thinking we could split it into sections, you say a bit, I say a bit and repeat sort of thing?'' he asked.

Mat nodded ''Sounds good.'' he said when she said that she could start. He handed her a pillow and turned so he was laying on his front, facing her so they were a little closer together. He shook his head when she mentioned writing them separately ''Nah, I think it would probably sound better if we worked on it together, so it sort of flows a bit more. If we write it separately it's just going to sound like two separate speeches mashed into one.'' he said as he turned his gaze from the pictures and back to Sara and the task, pushing any and all thoughts of his brother to the back of his mind. ''I was thinking we could come up with topics we want to include and points we want to make and each time we meet we could work on a different section maybe?'' he asked her, raising an eyebrow.

Cassia grinned happily as she climbed out of her mums car. Her memory had finally returned. She couldn't wait to see the look on his face when she knew who was. Who he really was. It excited her, she could finally get her life back on track and back to normal. And now she could remember him all she wanted to do was be with him. It was like she had been away for a long long time and she had just gotten home. She told her mum she would call her when she needed picking up and hobbled down the street and the front path of Michael's house. When she knocked on the door, it opened and Naomi greeted her. ''NIM!'' she said excitedly and hugged her. ''I can remember!!'' she whispered quietly ''Is Michael here? I'm so excited to tel him.'' she said as she hobbled her way inside when Naomi told her to come in. She looked up when she heard footsteps. It was Michael. ''Mikey!'' she said happily, using the nickname she had always called him before the accident. She only called him Michael when she was angry at him. 

Mat nodded ''Yeah, that sounds good to me. We could work on the introduction today then if you want?'' he asked as he ran a hand through his hair, his muscles flexing as he did so. He watched her as she got up and started looking at his photos. He just hoped that she didn't bring up her brother because he didn't know what to say. He found it really hard to talk about because he was close to his brother before he became addicted. They would do everything together because of how close they were in age. They were best friends. ''Just some pictures with my family and a few friends.'' he said as he gave her a small smile, a slight nervous edge to his voice. He watched as she looked at the picture of him and his brothers and looked away, closing his eyes for a few seconds.

Cassia chatted to Naomi for a few minutes before she slowly made her way up the stairs, excitement bubbling in her tummy. She couldn't wait to just throw her arms around him and tell him how much she loved him and how much she had missed him. She walked down the landing, knowing exactly what door to go through to get to him. She opened the door, not expecting him to have company. I erm I'll leave you to it.'' she said as she took another step back, not knowing what to do. Was he with someone else now? The thought made her feel sick. She hadn't thought about the fact that he could have actually moved on and now she felt stupid for not thinking of it. Of course he would have moved on, he didn't wait around to see if she remembered. She watched as the girl moved closer to Michael, folding her hand around Michael's, almost like a silent message saying 'he's mine.' Cassia shook her head ''I'm an idiot.'' she muttered before turning around ''Sorry again.'' she said before she quickly made her way back down stairs. She knew she shouldn't feel mad, she couldn't remember him for a long time but it felt like a kick in the teeth. She had been so excited that she'd forgotten he could have moved on. 

Mat smiled a little when she moved on from that picture, feeling slightly relieved. He didn't want to go into the entire story about his brother. It was too painful. He watched as she looked at the other pictures and then nodded when she said yes to the introduction. He nodded and stood up ''Yeah, let's go grab a drink. We can stop work for today if you want. We could go spend a bit of time with the girls if you like? They seem to like you.'' he said with a smile and headed down the stairs and into the huge kitchen. His mum loved to cook so she had to have the best of the best. It was any cooks dream with the kitchen aid and other gadgets.
