"this smells delicious," she said as she picked up the glass, "to getting married?" she said as their glasses clinked gently against each other and she took a sip.

Connor rolled his eyes when his dad came in and turned his head, "What I'm doing with my life is none of your importance, you abandoned me when I needed your support. You chose a tribe over blood, you taught us better than that." he snapped and it formed into a growl, "you aren't my father anymore as far as I'm concerned so stay out of my way and out of my life." and with that he took his bag and left, hoping over the fence and looking up to see that Gabbies window wasn't open yet.

Karl was disgusted with the way his son spoke to him, "fine, be that way." he said simply and moved out of the way. Taking his phone out of his pocket he took a small breath before texting Emmanuel, just thought you should know that Connor has just shown up to collect his belongings and he stinks of his brother and Luna.

Gabbie winded slightly but was grateful for the healing, she still didn't entirely trust her own hands to do it. "Mom I'm fine, everything is fine, inwas just working out what powers I had, that's all." Gabbies mother shook her head. "I'm so disappointed in you, that boy is nothing but bad news, and the sooner you realise that the better." Gabbie frowned and stormed off tonher room, relieved to as her mother hadn't had all of her things shipped back as her room looked proper again. She went and opened her window and then flopped on her bed, taking five minutes before they were to leave to go for a drink.

Connor waited outside until the window was opened and he climbed up swiftly, dropping his bag as he landed. "hey your grazes are gone," he said with a little smile, "everything okay..?" he asked as he noticed she seemed a bit down before he kicked his shoes off and pulled the rip jeans off and changed into a clean pair of black jeans, a plain white top and his trusty dark denim jacket. They could head pretty soon to grab a drink with his brother and relax which was exactly what the pair of them needed. Glancing down at his hands he noticed that skin was definitely scared quite badly but he could live with it.

Letting her hair loose from the half up do it was in and scraping her fingers through it. "Yeah my mom healed it up for me.." she smiled, standing up from her bed and glancing at him while he got dressed, giving him a little nod of approval, she went over to her drawers where her mother had put her stuff back into place. "I'm fine.. but it turns out my dad spoke to my mom today. Never thought that would happen." She changed out of her casual clothes and pulled on a high waisted pleated mini skirt with a baby pink top tucked in, pulling on some knee high white socks.

Connor had almost forgotten about angels having healing powers and it made him wonder why she hadn't tried them herself but he wasn't about to press her on the subject, "thats nice of her." he commented before he tried to fix his hair up while looking in her mirror. Out of the corner of his eye he watched as she changed and he couldn't help but admire how beautiful she was and he wanted to pull her close and eat her up but that wasn't appropriate in her family house. "Seriously?" he said as he turned to look at her properly, "jeez wonder what they were talking about, hopefully good things." he waited until she was ready before smiling, "you look beautiful,"

"And you look handsome. You suit a white tshirt." She reached up to his lips and kissed him, before turning and grabbing her cropped white denim jacket and heading downstairs.

Kalen had been dragged from his home and beaten to submission by a couple of guys he didn't recognise with little explanation as to what was going on. He had been dumped in this cold place for several hours and as the doors swung open his sister was the last person he expected to see and he tried to call out but there was tape over his mouth.

Connor respected how she felt and he wasn't going to press the conversation any further but he watched as she slid the clip into her hair and he found himself involuntarily smiling. How could such a simple action make him find her so attractive, he had become a big softy around her. He watched as she ran her fingers along his hands and they healed up a little more, "thank you beautiful.." he whispered, moving his hand up to her neck and pulling her close for a kiss before they made their way downstairs and he glanced over at her mother who was in the living room. He gave her a small wave which was just met with rather terrifying daggers and they slipped out of the door. "she's a rather scary woman y'know," he said with a little laugh as he mounted his bike once more.

Gabbie loved the small actions that Connor took, the gentle touch of his hand, his calming voices, everything about him felt like a fuzzy blanket around her that she never wanted to let go of, he really was the ying to her yang. "I was too scared earlier." She shrugged, following him out the house, she didn't really want to talk to her mother right now, she'd only get questioned and Gabbie wasn't in the mood for it, but she had to laugh at his reaction. "Oh that's just the family glare, all of us can do it. Don't be too scared." She teased, shoving her feet into her platform white converse, gracefully getting onto the bike after putting the helmet on, her hands against his hips again.

Kalen was struggling against his restraints but even if he was free without his magic he was nothing more than a human and that werewolf could kill him in less than a second.

Connor understood why she was afraid earlier, "well I'm glad you felt confident enough to do it now," he said softly to her. But as she commented on the glare he raised a brow, "I can't imagine you looking at me in that way, so stern." he chuckled and once her arms were wrapped around his he zoomed off with more confidence than before towards the bar that Dymitrius had told him to go too. After a while of driving he slowed down and parked up outside, getting off alongside Gabbie, "god I need a pint and a big meal or two." he said as he took her hand and headed inside in search of his brother.

Dymitrius had been sat in the lube for a little while now, but had stood outside for the majority of the time, smoking a little fruity cigarette to chill himself out after the day he'd had but then he'd slipped in and found them a booth big enough for four people, and text Luna first of all. Don't be too long eith whatever plans you've got, need to tell you I love you a couple more times before you get married x he sent it and then leaned back in his seat, grinning when he saw his brother, lifting his hand to wave him over, but Luna still want there. Hopefully she wouldn't be too much longer.

Gabbie would keep that in mind, maybe she'd have to whack out the stern look when he least expected it. It was supposed to be the look that struck fear into humans, and Gabbie was pretty sure she'd perfected it. She hopped off once they'd got fherenand brushed her skirt down so it wasn't sticking out at all angles, patting his belly gently. "Is my big wolf hungry?" She teased, going inside sifhnhim, pointing st the direction where D was waving his hand around like a lunatic. "I think that's him." She laughed, sliding into the booth with him.

Connor raised a brow as she patted his belly yet he somehow found it rather adorable, "yes and since he can't eat you all up a pub dinner will do," he teased as he kissed her on the cheek before they went inside. Spotting Dymitrius and laughing at how enthusiastically he was waving, "clearly he's in a good mood after earlier," he commented before heading over to him and sliding himself into the booth with Gabbie by his side, "Just you for now?" he asked but decided it was probably the best time to bring up the topic, "what the hells going on with you two anyway cause I think you owe me a bit of an explanation." he said as he shook off his denim jacket.

"It's complicated.. we aren't a thing.. cos you know I don't do labels, but I love her, Connor. She doesn't want to be with that tribe, it's the last thing she wants, believe me." He shrugged.

Gabbie shook his head. "You definitely can't eat me, then you'd have no Sui mate and then you'd be lonely forever." She slid in beside him but stayed quiet while the two brothers spoke, not wanting to get between whatever they had going on and instead got back up and went over to the bar, she got herself a weak vodka and Coke and a beer for Connor.

He leaned back in his seat as Dymitrius spoke and he shook his head a little, "I never thought I'd see the day you found someone you loved," he glanced over at Gabbie as she went over to the bar and lowered his voice, "you need to be careful, I hope she's worth it." When Gabbie came back over he grinned, "thank you missy," he said as he took the drink from her and took a swig, "maybe we can order some food at the very least because I might starve to death waiting."

Dymitirus smiled at Gabbie as she walked off. She was a sweet girl but it wasn't the type Connor had gone on about before. Connor was a bit of a thug, obviously not as bad as D was but they were blood, the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. "Me neither mate, honestly, I didn't think it had ever happened. But she just gets me you know? And I can't get enough of her, and i thought after last I'd be able to rid her but.. I just fell in love instead." he glanced at his phone. She still hadn't replied and he was beginning to worry now, and it felt like something inside was pulling.

Gabbie loved all the little pet names that Connor gave her, he never called her her a memory, which she loved, because her mother only didnthat when she was in trouble. She crossed one leg over the other, pullingnher skirt down over her thighs and sipped at her drink, listening in on the conversation. "Food sounds like a good idea." She reached over to the menu and rested in in between them.

Once she sent the message she wiped her eyes and forced herself to teleport to the bar which cause her to collapse upon arrival as she was so weak but she picked herself up off the floor.

Connor did know how it felt for a girl to get you, thats how he felt with Gabbie but their connection was fate or destiny, whereas his brother had just fallen for someone very quickly. "well I'll take your word on it brother but if she hurts you just remember I told you so alright?" he said shaking his head a little bit. He slid his hand into Gabbies as she flicked through the menu and he let his eyes wonder over the options. "mm I think the steak sounds good as well as the all day breakfast." he said, licking his lips a little as he thought about it. He hadn't eaten since breakfast and all of the days events had exhausted him. "what are you thinking?" he asked Gabbie, lifting his head to meet her gaze. He was trying to not be too soppy in front of his brother but damn was this girl stunning.
