"Eve!" I yelled as I felt another spirit try and consume me.I broke from being motionless I ran to her but stopped midway knowing I might disturb another soul.So I edged toward her,making sure that every movement I made didn't disturb anything.

I gasped for air, only to inhale a bunch of water. I grabbed my neck now and began coughing. Evelynn, if you can hear me, you have to get up. I felt a slight surge of strength enter me and I forced myself to get up and crawl to the surface, finally reaching the shore and collapsing. I sputtered out some water and moved my legs out of the water. As soon as I did, the voices stopped, and I was left coughing the water out of my lungs on the shore.
