Thea laughed "She's worse than I expected. Looks wise and attitude. I can't wait until the apartment is ready so I don't have to see her face. I feel so bad for you though having to wake up next to that. I would have nightmares." she laughed, giving him a little smile. She pouted a little when he said he was going "aw ok." she said and wrapped her arms around him for a hug when he kissed her cheek, she needed a little bit of.. Reassurance? A confidence boost? She wasn't sure but she just wanted to be close to him. "I love you." She whispers quietly in his ear and then let go of him. "Ohh good thinking. Perfect, all red tonight then with the other new stuff I got yesterday." She said, giving him a little smirk as she thought of the red lacey underwear she had gotten while they were shopping the day before. She bit her lip as she almost let out a little surprised sound when he squeezed her bum. She grinned and bit her lip gently. Just as he jogged away she sneakily slapped his bum playfully and then turned back towards her mum and Ava. "Ah but you do have something to wear. I have a dress that would look so great with your skin tone. We look about the same size too. I made sure to bring a few nice dresses with me so you can pick whatever you want. Come on, I'll even do your hair and makeup if you like. Get you looking all nice for Seb." She said, giving her a little wink. Once they had left Thea's mother in her room and headed to Thea's she grabbed the outfits "Does this dress look ok on me? I want to look good I mean it's my first time meet jake's family and I also want to look good for jake." She said, her eyes widened a little when she realised what she had said. She hoped that Ava wouldn't pick up on it. "and what about this dress for you?" she asked, holding a dress up.

Seb grinned when Jacob caught up "Yep, I have finally grown some balls. I don't want to end up like you mate. like you said, if I leave it longer I will end up with a horse face and I don't want that. I don't want to be in yours and Thea's position. I bet it's going to be hard for you, having her around the house but not being able to be with her. I really like her and I've never really had the chance to talk to her so when she ran straight into me I thought I should start a conversation. Do you really think she likes me though?" He asked, going on a bit as he day dreamed about how gorgeous Ava was. "I have a feeling this dinner is going to be fun.. Horse face will probably open her big mouth and thea already looks like she can't stand her." He laughed, shaking her head. "You got yourself a good one there though mate, she's perfect for you. I just can't wait until you can be truly happy with her."

Ava was now sat in Thea's room with her, looking over outfits to wear for the dinner. They'd dropped off her mum at her room to get ready so now it was just the two of them. "Thea, I really can't thank you enough for letting me borrow something. It's so kind of you, I really do appreciate this." She smiled and a small blush crept onto her cheeks, "I'm surprised he even spoke to me you know...I felt like he had been avoiding me all these years but then suddenly today he invites me to dinner with you all. It's kind of confusing but I'm beyond happy about it, i just don't understand why he'd be interested in me?" She sighed softly and let her eyes wonder over Thea's red dress. "That's beautiful Thea, your going to look wonderful and really make him-wait. Did you say Jake? Like Jacob? Oh please tell me that your going to steal him off of that stupid girl. I can't stand her, you would be a much better queen." She laughed quietly and stood up when Thea held up a dress for her. It was a stunning blue color and Thea was absolutely right. The color would suit her skin tone perfectly. "I love it! It's gorgeous, thank you so much!" It felt so strange having only just met her yet it was as if they were already close friends. She just felt so comfortable around her and she was much nicer than a lot of the people in the palace so it was a good change.

Jacob sighed and ran a hand through his hair as he looked over at his brother with a sad expression. "Tell me about it. This is going to be so hard, I can barely keep my hands off of her. It's so hard to stop myself from calling her beautiful or kissing her. Instead I have to deal with that bloody mess of a woman who's most definitely going to kick off, especially once she sees Ava there. God, that woman is so mean to her. That whole thing with the dress, I don't know how Ava deals with it." He shook his head and followed him off to their rooms. "Trust me Seb, she likes you. Do you not see the way she looks at you? She could barely keep her eyes off of you earlier. It's so clear to see, you just need to go for it. Tonight, get to know each other and maybe slip off into the garden. I always see her wondering about out there so clearly she likes it." He grinned and nudged his side gently, "Thanks man, I'm glad I can talk to someone about this you know? Just don't tell anyone okay? Not a single person, I can't risk this being leaked out. I don't want people giving Thea a bad name."

You're going to have Seb's eyes on you all night. Want me to do your hair and makeup? Your hair would look great up, with your fringe down framing your face." She said as she took a seat on the bed. It was so nice to feel like she had a friend, at least she would have someone to talk to to distract her from watching Jacob and horse face Harriet.

Seb laughed "I noticed how you called her beaut.. Thea earlier. Was pretty funny but you need to be careful, man. You don't want to ruin the plan before it's even properly started. I want you to make it, I can tell she makes you happy and I don't think I've ever seen you like this. It's refreshing." He said with a smile "Oh she's defintley going to cause a scene. Part of me is hoping she will so she can look bad to mum and dad. What if she starts on Thea though?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. Seb shook his head "I thought she looked at me like she hated me.. she barley even looks at me. Every time I see her it's like she's scared of me." He said with a frown. "That's a good idea.. I'll probably do that. What are you doing with thea, just seeing her at dinner and that's it?" He asked. He bit his lip "Ok. Only me and Ed know.. I told him because I thought you would have told him. Im sorry I told him but you know Ed won't say anything, he isn't that type of guy. But you and your lady will be just fine. You will be together making royal babies very soon." He laughed as he stopped in front of his room.

If I can find a way to distract horse face to get some time alone with her or not. If not then i'll probably sneak into her room tonight when Harriet is snoring her face off..I swear she is literally the most unattractive woman in the world." Pulling himself off of the wall, he was about to head over to his room but stopped when his brother mentioned Edward. He hadn't planned to tell him anything, although he was their best friend so he could trust him. He really hoped that now though. "Fuck...alright but make sure he doesn't say a thing to anyone Seb. Not a person because if this get's out because of him I will be so pissed off." He mumbled and crossed his arms.

Ava smiled back at her as she played with the ends of her hair. "I get what you mean, it's nice to actually have a friend...I work all the time so I don't really get any time for myself to go out or anything. Most of my friends just seemed to forget about me now because I can never do anything. So, it's nice for me to have tonight off and enjoy myself with you all. I'm so excited." She grinned happily and blushed at her mentioning Sebastian. "Really? but he never seems interested in me. He always seems to avoid me and everything...maybe he likes someone else. I mean, i'm a maid after all. Who would be attracted to that." She muttered and tried hard not to let her happy mood slip. She listened as Thea began to explain to her about her and Jacob being together, a smile forming back onto her lips. "That's amazing. Wow..Of course i'll keep it a secret. I'd never tell anyone something so private, this is your secret to tell not mine. Thank you for trusting me though." It felt nice to finally have someone to talk to about everything considering she had always been very lonely. She could tell her and Thea would turn out to be great friends. Especially when she mentioned doing her hair and make-up. "Well you seem to know what your talking about so sure. I'd love for you to do my hair and make-up, thank you."

Thea smiled ''I had some friends but once I started getting into journalism and working for magazines they just wanted me for the perks. They were only interested when I was invited to the hottest parties and stuff. It's nice to just chat to someone like thi. I'm glad you're coming to dinner, you get to enjoy yourself and it's something to take my mind off of ripping horse face away from Jacob.'' she laughed ''Really. Jake said he was too shy, he said something about Seb thinking you didn't like him or something so that might be why. But he definitely likes you, I could see it in his eyes as soon as I walked in the door. And oi, shut your mouth. You may be a maid but your a gorgeous maid.'' she told her with a genuine smile. ''Thank you.. I needed to tell someone other than my mother. It's so hard not tell when you love someone so much you just want to tell anyone who will listen. I wish I could just get rid of Harriet horse face so I could be properly his.'' she laughed ''I would much rather be in your position though, it would be so much easier to be together that way.'' she said with a sigh ''Pretty much all the odds are against me and Jake.'' she said with a sigh. ''You're welcome. Ok. lets get started.'' she said with a grin. About an hour later both Ava and Thea's makeup was done and they were ready to get into their dresses and go. Thea slipped into her dress and grinned at the way her dress hugged her figure and showed off her chest tastefully. She looked hot. ''I think its going to be fun teasing Jake in this all night.'' she laughed. ''Ok, ready to get going? The sooner we go the sooner we can get away from horse face. You look gorgeous by the way!''

Seb sighed, he hated seeing his brother like this. He had never seen his brother in love and when he was he couldn't even properly be with his girl. ''I promise I will help if she starts on Thea, I don't know her very well but if she means something to you then I will stick up for her no matter what. I hate that you have to through this bro, I've never seen you in love before and it seriously sucks that you can't be with her.'' he said with a shake of his head. ''Honestly, I swore she hated me. I hope you're right and she does like me because I am in love with her.. she's perfect in every single way. I will do whatever to be with her..'' he said, meaning every word. ''I'll try and make a distraction if you want? Say you have to head out for an emergency meeting or something? and I feel so sorry for you mate, she's awful.'' he said with a shake of his head. ''He won't, you know he wouldn't do that to us. If he does I will deal with him myself but I know that won't happen.'' he said as he walked into his room. An hour later he was dressed in an Armani suit, waiting outside the dining hall for Ava. He could hear Harriet whinging inside already.

Ava was now dressed in her beautiful, dark blue, floor length dress. The top part fit her chest perfectly, showing off a good amount of her chest but not too much, she would definitely have Sebastian's attention. It showed off her small waist perfectly before flowing down to the floor. Thea had done her hair up just as she said she would, leaving her fringe down to frame her face and her make up was all quite natural apart from her smokey eyes. She couldn't believe her beautiful she felt. Thea had turned her from a boring made into a beautiful woman, fit for a prince. She turned away from the mirror to look at Thea before pulling her into a hug. "Thank you so much for this Thea!" She quickly pulled back, realizing she was being quite forward. "sorry..." She laughed quietly and looked across at her. "It's just, i've never really done anything like this before or looked like this. So thank you. And, you look absolutely gorgeous. Jacob's eyes will be attached to you all night long in that, Horse face will be so jealous!" She grinned and led Thea out of her room and off towards the dinning room. She was growing nervous now, wondering how exactly this would go between her and Sebastian. She liked him a lot but maybe this was just a friendly thank you for all her hard work. Part of her found it hard to believe that he would ever have a crush on her. She'd seen some of the women he had dated in the past or brought home for the odd one night stand, they were all stunningly beautiful compared to her. She let out a shaky breath and turned the corner to see Sebastian standing there looking perfectly handsome in what she observed to be an Armani suit.

Jacob had spent the past hour getting ready and stressing over the fact that Ed knew about him and Thea. Of course he trusted him but he was just worried about too many people knowing. Ava had heard him slip up earlier so she probably knew and the amount of people was beginning to slowly expand. However, now wasn't the time to stress as he was dragged from his bedroom which he now shared with Harriet. She had tried to change in front of him earlier, putting on what she thought to be sexy underwear and flaunting about in it. However, to him it didn't do a thing accept make him feel sick at the sight of her. She wasn't happy about him turning her down but she eventually got over it. They were now sat in the dinning room as she had forced him to leave Thea in the hands of Ava. So, he sat there listening to her and his mother going on about something he had no idea about. To be honest, he was just trying to think of an excuse to get out of the room and find Thea because he had had enough of her whining. Yet, as if she knew how he felt, she entered into the dinning room looking absolutely flawlessly perfect. Wearing the red dress he requested, his eyes just glued to her as she made her way into the room. He quickly rose from his seat, flashing her a charming smile. "Thea.." He wanted to call her beautiful, kiss her and tell her just what he wanted to do to her when he saw her in that dress but clearly he couldn't. Instead he opted for standing up and pulling out the chair beside him for her to sit.

Her eyes were instantly drawn to Jacob, he looked gorgeous and she wanted nothing more than to mess up his perfect hair and kiss him. ''Jacob.'' she said, a smile on her face as she reached him ''Thank you,'' she said, giving him a kiss on the cheek, just like a friend would. She smiled at his parents and as much as she didn't want to, Harriet. ''It's lovely to meet you all. I'm Thea, thank you for having me.'' she said as she took her seat next to Jacob. She hoped things would go well. ''How are you feeling after the flight?'' she asked Jacob, wanting to hear his voice to calm her nerves.

Seb bit his lip as he waited for Ava, feeling nervous. Did she like him like Jacob told him he did or was it just a lie? He didn't know but he really, really hoped that it was true that she liked him. He grinned when he saw her, his jaw dropping a little bit, she was stunning. ''Wow... Ava..'' he said, a huge smile on his face ''You look stunning, just like an angel.'' he told her with a smile, nodding to thea when she said she would give them some time. ''I.. wow.'' he laughed ''You've left me speechless. Ava will you meet me in the gardens at half past ten tonight? I want to tell you something.'' he told her with a smile. Once she had agreed he led her inside, his arm linked with hers. He pulled her seat out next to Thea and then took the seat across from her and next to Thea's mother who was chatting away to Jacob's father.

Ava blushed a deep shade of red as she looked down, suddenly feeling very shy under his intense gaze. He called her stunning, like she was an angel. Hearing those words caused her heart beat to increase even more. "Your so sweet...thank you." She smiled, biting on her lip gently as she followed him into the dining room. "Of course i'll meet you." She replied to him quietly, not knowing if he wished for anyone else to hear their conversation. She thanked him for pulling out her chair and sat down beside Thea. It was then that Ava suddenly felt the eyes of Sebastian's parents and horse face land on her. She was beyond nervous now, they probably wondered why the hell their maid was now sitting having dinner with them. "What is she doing here. Who invited the maid to dinner, this is outrageous." Horse face spoke in disgust, her eyes locking with Ava's as she spoke. Frowning sadly, Ava turned her head to look over at Sebastian for an encouraging smile or some help in the situation. She didn't feel right explaining herself to these people, none of it felt right. She didn't belong here with a royal family, she simply wasn't good enough and it was clear that they all thought that apart from Jacob, Seb and Thea.

Jacob sat back down in his seat beside her, a big smile now planted on his face. Hearing her voice and having her beside him again finally calmed him down. "Very tired, I don't know how i'm still awake to be honest." He laughed quietly, his hand slipping under the table to take hold of her hand. He squeezed it gently before continuing, "How are you feeling?" He asked back but was interrupted by horse face's outburst at Ava. A frown falling upon his lips as he turned to look at her. "Harriet, my brother invited her now stop being rude. Leave her alone." He told her, his face dead serious as he tried his hardest not to glare her down in anger. It frustrated him just how rude the girl could be. "Your right baby, i'm sorry." She cooed and leaned over, grabbing his other hand that was resting on the table. "I love you Jakey." She told him out loud, placing a kiss on his cheek which made him cringe. He tried to compose himself, but was too concerned about what Thea was thinking about the situation. No way was he going to say he loved her in front of Thea, plus he really didn't want to because that wasn't true at all. He despised the woman and simply wished she never even came into his life.

And the thought of him saying it back made her feel sick. ''What's for dinner, Jakey?'' she said with a little smirk.

Seb smiled softly ''No need to thank me, beautiful.'' he said as he led her into the dinging room. He grinned in response to her saying that she will meet him an then took his seat. He sighed when he saw his parents and Harriet looking at Ava, it made him angry. Seb looked over at Harriet ''I did. And she has every right to be here. I'm allowed a guest and Ava is mine. If it's a problem then me and Ava will go elsewhere for dinner. And I'm obviously not the only one wanting her here.'' he said and gestured to Thea who said she also invited her. He looked at Ava and gave her a small smile. He took her hand under the table and gave it a squeeze ''Sorry.'' he mouthed. He was so embarrassed by how rude his parents were to her, they had no reason to treat her like that.

Ava still felt as though it was a bad idea that she decided to come to this dinner. As much as she wanted to impress Sebastian and finally make him notice her. It now occurred to her that no matter how hard she tried, she'd never be accepted because she was just a maid. She couldn't even afford the dress Thea had let her borrow. There was no way that people would ever accept her to be with prince Sebastian and that made her feel like crap. It wasn't as bad for Thea, she at least had money of her own even if it wasn't much and she had that personality that just instantly made you like her. Where as, for Ava money had always been a problem in her family. Her mother had spent most of her wages paying for her fathers health care but when he passed away a few months ago her mother quit working and just started drinking herself into a mindless state. That meant everything weighed down on Ava to bring in money and support herself and her mother. That point alone just showed it. A prince wouldn't be with a girl who was poor. With a little sigh, she forced a smile onto her face and tried to keep up this pretense that she was happy. However, when she felt Seb take her hand beneath the table, that smile turned a little more genuine. "Don't worry about it." She whispered back to him and straightened her posture a little, the yes of his mother still boring into her which made her very uncomfortable. But soon everyone went into conversation and she had a chance to ask Seb a question quietly so only he would hear. "Why did you invite me here? i'm just curious..." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jacob fought off the urge to shove Harriet out of her seat and far away from him. He hated having to put Thea through this. It must have been awful because he knew very well if this was the other way round that he'd have already jumped across the table and punched her. Clearing his throat, he flashed Thea a smile and gently rubbed her hand with his thumb soothingly to keep her calm before turning to reply to Harriet. "I don't know, and would you quit calling me Jakey. I told you I don't like it." He told her sternly, shooting her a rather dark look that had her face turning into a frown. "Don't you give me that look Jakey. I love calling you that, it suits you so well baby." She leaned across the table and tried to kiss him on the lips but he turned hsi head so she could only get his cheek. Just the feel of her lips on his skin repulsed him. Clearing his throat, he turned back to the rest of them and smiled. "Sebastian. How are you brother? What have you been up to while i've been gone."
