She said and got into his car.

Kieran had his eyes closed as he waited for the bullet to hit him but the only thing he felt was arms wrapping around him. He knew who it was instantly from the perfume scent wafting up his nose "DARCY NO!!" He yelled as she fell. He held her tightly and glared at them. He sighed and kissed her head "Hold on baby, hold on ok? We will get you out of here soon I just need to get rid of them." He said softly as he picked her up and laid her on the floor away from the leaders. He took his top off and wrapped it around her leg, trying to keep pressure on it and stop the bleeding. He nodded as a few of his friends walked in, most of the gang hated the leader and his little mates so they were going to try and take them on and he was going for the leader. He wouldn't let someone get away with hurting her.

darcy held the top tightly around her thigh, keeping the pressure on it as she looked up at him. she didn't care if she was hurt, as long as he was okay. "just get out of here, kieran.. you can't let them hurt you.. just get out of here." she whispered as she leaned her back against the wall, taking deep breaths, glaring over at the gang leader. she'd never seen kieran like this before, so angry, and it honestly scared her, but she knew it was for the best. he needed to end this.

She nodded "I know you won't and thank you for getting me away from that man it was awful, the only man I want touching me like that is you. It was kind of hot how angry you were, and it made me smile a little when you said I was yours and not his. It's nice to see you so protective of me." She said as she glanced over at him.

Kieran shook his head "I'm not leaving you here Darcy they will use you like they do other girls and I'm not letting that happen to you. You aren't like the girls they usually take." he kissed her once and then stood up, nodding at the guys as they all went to there selected man and began to fight. Kieran wanted the gun from the leader so he he punched him square in the face and the kicked him in the family jewels. He smirked when he dropped the gun and grabbed it and held it out, waiting for him to stand up properly.

darcy nodded slowly, biting her bottom lip hard as she stretched her leg out slowly, she waited for him. she was so anxious, this was a completely different side of kieran and this wasn't how she thought her first week of university was going to go. she gulped as she heard the gun shot and looked away quickly, closing her eyes tightly. he'd done it. kieran had shot him. she shuddered, attempting to push herself up but failing, intense pain shooting through her leg.

Kieran pulled the trigher and cringed, he hated that he had to do this but it was his only escape and he knew that if he wasn't killed he would come after Darcy. He dropped the gun and the fighting stopped. He glanced at the leaders friends and they seemed pretty happy about the out come, he didn't blame them. The laser was awful. He walked over to Darcy and picked her up "Come on let's get you to the hospital lovely."

darcy closed her eyes tightly, a million thoughts running through her head. her boyfriend was a killer, and there was no other way to put it. if anyone found out about this, he'd be put into prison straight away. she gulped and looked up at him, scared of him. she'd never seen him so angry, even when they had arguments. she hid her face against his chest in an attempt to ignore the pain, but it really was hurting her now. "okay.." she whispered finally.

He put his seat belt on and then began to drive to the nearest hospital.

darcy held the top tightly around her leg but the shock was setting in and it was all too much as she soon passed out. horrible visions of kieran shooting the other guy repeatedly passing through her head. she was scared of him, what he truly was, and though deep down she knew he'd never hurt her, she couldn't risk it. all of this was in her mind though, as she lay unconscious in the passenger's seat.

Kieran felt sick as he thought about what he had done but as horrible as it was he knew it was best, he was doing a lot of people a favor, no girls would have to be sold and people wouldn't be killed. He parked and picked her up and ran into the hospital. He told a nurse what happened and then handed her over and watched as she got wheeled away into an emergency surgery. He wasn't aloud to stay with her and it made him sad. He sat in the waiting room, his head in his hands waiting for her.

darcy was rushed through to emergency theatre where her leg was operated on. they removed the bullet from her skin and then cleaned it out, before stitching it up. she luckily had no real damage, apart from the scar that would be left there. after a couple of ours, she was wheeled back into a room where she would be left to rest for a while. the nurse went through to kieran, and smiled. "you're free to go and see darcy now."

darcy slowly awoke from the anesthetic, her body aching and she was feeling a little weird still as she looked over at him, slightly confused. she wasn't quite sure what had happened, still. "i'm okay.. i'm hurting and i'm confused. but.. I think i'm okay." she shrugged as she curled up slightly, feeling somewhat scared of him still. "i'm sorry." she whispered eventually, closing her eyes again.

"I didn't want you to be killed.. if I hadn't been there he would have just killed you." she shrugged.

Kieran frowned when she flicked away from him and he felt disgusting and he suddenly realised what he was. He was a murderer. He stood up and walked to the door ''You should have let them kill me. It would have been better than this. At least before you weren't scared of me.'' he said as he opened the door ''I think it's best if you forget about this, about me. You deserve better than me Darcy.'' he said as he walked to the door, he was thinking about handing himself over to the police. He was extremely confused right now.
