Thea felt her anger boil even more as Harriet spoke back as if she was nothing. What a brilliant queen she would make she thought to herself. She shook her head and looked over at her ''You do realise everything you are saying is invalid right, because you don't know me? I might not be as rich as everyone in this room but I do have money because I earn it myself, so don't go calling me things and saying things that aren't even true. I don't want status, I am not charity and as much as you tell me Jacob doesn't care and that he just feels sorry for me I know that that is a load of rubbish. I know Jacob better than I think you realise so don't you dare try to say that. And you know it makes me laugh how you reacted like this because I was just simply saying that if he doesn't like being called jakey, don't call him jakey. You didn't have to basically attack me and call me names, did you, Harry?'' he said with a little smirk ''So just listen to a suggestion next time. Because how you have just acted has just confirmed the type of person you are for me and just so you know I feel sorry for the country and Jacob having you as a queen. If you think I'm scum and have no money what about the people who genuinely don't? As a princess and a queen you are suppose to be caring and kind but you are nothing of the kind. So Harriet if you don't want me to say anything back then keep your mouth closed because once you start an argument with me I can guarantee you that the only one of us finishing it will be me. I might not have a title, I might not have all the money in the world but I care about one of my bestest friends and I will stand up for him so don't expect me to just sit there and listen, ok?'' she said as she grabbed her glass of wine and took a big sip, downing most of it.
Seb's eyes widened as he watched the argument unfold, sighing a little because he wouldn't get to find out if Ava liked him back. He listened though, becoming angry at the words Harriet spoke about Thea, he glanced over at his brother, wondering how he would handle the situation. He knew it was going to be tough not to try and protect the woman he loved when the person she was arguing with was the woman he was suppose to love. He grinned when Thea gave it back to Harriet though. He stood and locked eyes with Ava, nodding towards the door. He knew they would be able to sneak away now with everyone focused on the argument. He walked towards the door and waited for Ava to join him. He really hoped she would like him back, he was scared that she wouldn't so he was kind of excited to get to spend time with her alone to find out.
