Connor wasn't sure he even believed in Friday the 13th being bad luck but then again he was meant to be some scary monster that people feared. The reality was that he was a big softy so maybe that date wouldn't be as horrible as people believed it to be. "hey I'm sure its not as bad as you think it would be," he chuckled, continuing to look at different types of wedding venues. He leaned over when Gabbie piped up, they had both gone into different worlds. "shit that is stunning Gabbie," he gasped a little as he looked through the different pictures of the building and the reception area looked out onto a gorgeous view, "this is it.. this is exactly what I imagined but somehow a thousand times better."

"It will be so perfect and there's even a covering just in case it's raining." She smiled and she looked through the details, booking them an eniqury sinfhey could go and visit it in a couple of weeks time to see it in person. "I can't believe this is real.. I've always dreamed about this moment but in real life it's ten thousand times better." She grinned at him and kissed his cheek gently. "okay so maybe we should think about who we want to invite now? We could leave it more intimate or we could open it up and make it huge."

Connor just let the date run through his mind, 13th of September would be their day. No one elses. It made his body shiver with pure excitement and maybe a little nerves. It would be a big day and they had a lot of interesting characters to have attend and that was just with their close family. "Perfect we can take a weekend away to view the city and get a feel for whats around the area." He grinned over at her as she spoke, the smile on her lips could light up a million dark rooms, "well I know this is probably not how you thought it would be, with a stinky werewolf like me but I'm sure we can make some of your dreams come true." he pulled her close after the kiss on the cheek so he could get a proper kiss. "How about we keep the ceremony a little more intimate but the reception we could open up to more people? That would be the best of both worlds, as Hannah Montana once said." and with that he did a silly little laugh. She had been loving watching disney shows since they moved in together and the amount of times he heard her singing the intro song for Hannah Montana was ridiculous.

Not that she'd kissed anyone else before. "You're not too stinky and I like your stinky. I guess that's just part of being soul mates though." She laughed as she settled back down and began to browse through a few more things. This place had somewhere where they could get married as well as an indoor room in the hotel that they could use for the reception. That would be perfect, it was getting better and better. She grinned up at him and shook her head. "As long as I get the limo out front.. oooo, hottest styles every shoe every colour.." if she wasn't careful she'd burst into song right there and then. "Okay are we having a morning wedding or an afternoon wedding?"

Gabbie was different to anyone else he had ever been with and he put most of it down to their connection but she was also just extraordinary in her own right and he knew how lucky he was. "I like your stink as well," that was something he hadn't really talked about with her was how different she smelt to him compared to any other angel he had met, it made his senses come alive. Chuckling again he shook his head, "a limo?! I took you more as a horse and carriage girl," he thought about her question for a moment, "I don't mind, what do you think would be best? morning would mean you'd have to be up really early for all of those bride rituals." he teased, nudging her arm softly.

Gabbie wanted to kiss him over and over and grab him right there and then.. she raised her eyebrows at her own thoughts and quickly put an end to that. Instead she got herself comfy against his thighs and tucked her feet under his legs to keep them warm as they carried on browsing. She desperately wanted to look at some wedding dressed but it was also going to stay as a surprise until the day for Connor. Plus she could make a day of it with Sasha and they could go trying loads on. So instead Shen pulled up the notes part in her iPad and began typing down some guests that they'd be inviting. Starting with close friends and family. "You're very right, I think we will have an afternoon and then we can dance the night away." She grinned up at him, her eyes sparkling.

I hope you won't mind that most of the tribe will probably want to be there for the reception but they'll be party animals on their best behaviour." he started having a little scroll through 'wedding planning' tips on google, trying to get an understanding of what they would need to do. He had no idea that there was so many decisions to be made like the colour of chair coverings or centre piece decorations.. hopefully Gabbie would take the reign on that one. "who do you think you'll ask to be part of your girl squad or whatever its called?"

This was going to be perfect and she could map out everything that they were planning. "Well I was just thinking Sasha.. I don't really have any other close girl friends or anything and I don't have many more people to ask." She smiled slightly. She had a couple of friends from university but she didn't know how comfortable they'd be coming along. "Have you thought about who is going to be your best man?"

Connor definitely agreed there, he didn't want the entire tribe at the ceremony but he had a few close friends and the alpha, well, old alpha Seth was definitely going to be welcome, "of course not, there are far too many of them to all get to the ceremony." He nodded his head a little when she mentioned Sasha, he wasn't entirely sure how much of his brothers conversation was safe to repeat but the chances of Dymitrius and Sasha being in a good place then was looking rather slim. "sure you don't want to invite some of those ladies from the nunnery?" he teased, remembering just how awful they were towards Gabbie for the short time she was there. "Oh thats easy, Dymitrius of course. He's my big bro and my best friend so its a pretty easy choice for me. Which reminds me, we will need to figure out invite designs .. man there's so much to do." he chuckled.

"Oh yeah maybe they could scrub the aisle for me to walk down, that's a really good idea Connor." She smirked a little. She still couldn't believe her mother thought that was a good idea when all it had really done was bring out her dark side. Maybe if she'd never been there she would be nine the wiser right now. "I know I don't even know where to begin. Lemme go get my fancy pens so I can start writing in the scrapbook!" She got up off his lap and went over to the little bureau in the corner and got out her favourite writing pen.

He tightened his fist but the next thing he knew there was werewolf teeth deep into his neck and he was on the floor clutching at his neck for dear life, "bitch.. you better.. heal.. me.." he managed to gasp, partly trying to transform but his neck was too badly damaged for it to happen.

Connor threw his head back and let out a deep laugh at her comment, "perfect! saves us paying any cleaners they can just work free of charge and bugger off before the ceremony starts" Once he had stopped laughing he sat himself upright again and moved the laptop off his lap and onto the coffee table. He watched as she stood up and his eyes wondered over her, she was so pretty even with no makeup on and her hair a little messy. If anyone had come in now they would never have guessed she was hungover from an absolute rage of a night out, "alright you go and grab the pens and I'll add to the list you've got here of folk I'd like to invite." With that he scooped up the iPad and jotted down some names for the ceremony.

He watched as the colour drained from him and let out a breath. He had finally won.

Gabbie felt ultimate butterflies when she heard Connors deep laughs it come from deep down and she found it ridiculously attractive, his voice was deep enough but that laugh warmed her up every time. She grabbed her fine liner pens and pastel highlighters and then went back to him but she sat next to him instead, with her legs over his lap so she could still have that closeness and she delicately picked up the scrap book and made a dintents list first, listing all of the things they'd be needing and planning, writing it in some fancy writing and using the highlighters to make it look super pretty. This was going to be her pride and joy. "So if we say fourth people max at the ceremony? And then maybe 150 at the reception?" She suggested.

He patted her legs softly as she got herself comfy across his lap and he watched as she started filling in the scrapbook, "your handwriting is so elegant compared to mine.. I nominate you as the official card writer for our family from here on out." he teased before nodding his head, "forty is a good number, and maybe we ban cameras from the ceremony so it's just our photographer taking them? same with phones, makes it all a little more intimate and personal rather than just... about catching photos of us looking swell."

She teased, closing the book once she'd made her list page look pretty, she'd add more to it once she had appointments and magazines and things, plus this was just day one of planning, they had a whole load of stress ahead of them. She hoped it wouldn't be too stressful though, she wasnted to enjoy this for as long as she could. "I really like the sounds of that. A live in the moment wedding. I don't want anything or anyone to get in the way, and it'll just make it even more special." She nodded her head, chewing on the end of her pen.

Connor smirked cheekily at her, "well that all depends doesn't it, I can't make any promises." As she shut the scrap book he ran his hand over hers before letting their fingers interlock and he squeezed her hand gently. "Maybe we could have a Photo Booth at the reception? I know it sounds a bit ridiculous but that way guests could take ridiculous photos and maybe stick them into a book thats there." Who knew he was filled with so many great wedding ideas, he was rather impressed with himself. "right, perhaps we should take a break from all of this, I need a shower before this ceremony tonight. It's a big deal for D and the least I can do is show up smelling good." he stood up, ruffling his hair a bit. "I'll cook us something for dinner once I'm out, what are you fancying for tonight?"

Sasha had sent about a thousand texts and calls to Dymitrius but he was ignoring them all and she had cried a lot. Sniffling back tears she picked up her phone again and texted Gabbie, is D with Connor by any chance? he's ignoring me and he has Shaun. just getting a bit worried now that I might have really fucked up.. x
