Micah was walking around the Briar Glen Civic Center, looking around at the sparse people coming in and out. He looked at the bulletin board which was usually never updated, and was shocked to see a bright red paper jump out at him. He read over it:

Glancing around to check if anyone was watching him, he silently took in all the details on the poster. He thought he was the only one who was electrocuted. He thought he was the only one to feel like his brain was rewired. Maybe he wasn't the only one.

He walked away, silently wondering if he should go or not. What if it was a trap? Maybe they knew something was wrong with him because he got electrocuted. He felt jumpy, and he glanced at the time on his watch:
