hillary walked to the nearest bus stop and got on the bus, heading into town. she knew that she'd confused carlos, she enjoyed last night but she knew that he loved ameretta, and that he wouldn't be able to choose between them. she stayed out for a while before heading back to his house at about 10:30. She had forgotten her phone at home, so she couldn't check in with him.
