He grabbed his folder and headed out to meet the other attending's ready to go and meet their new interns. It was going to be a long day, he could feel it. He bit his lip as he saw the new interns, his eyes widening a little when he spotted a familiar woman.

They always picked a lot of interns, and about 90% of them would drop out by the end of the week since they wouldn't be able to hand the pressure. As he approached the group, he noticed a familiar face, he started to wonder what she was doing there. "Good morning everyone, before we begin, please take a folder and then pass it on!"

After a month, the board will meet and decide if you have gone through the first phase, to continue your internship. Now if I call your name out, you will be shadowing with me."

He noticed that Thea was in his group, he planned on meeting with her to discuss what had happened. "Okay everyone." He said to a group of about 6 interns, "After our grand tour, I would love to meet with all of you one-on-one and discuss why you are here. I want to become your mentors, and tech you everything I've got."

Follow me, we will start on the ground floor and work our way up.'' he said and began walking.

All throughout the tour, she listened as girls couldn't  stop talking about how attractive he was, and wondered if he was married or seeing someone. She loved walking around the hospital and knowing that this was her new home. A few hours after, they stood in front of his office listening to him explain a little what he expected from their interviews and not to worry since they were informal. When he asked if anyone would like to go first, she rolled her eyes at the group of girls who all wanted to see him first. Once he had chosen one, he walked into his office and asked the rest of them to sit down
