for me and @SeriouslyLisa , sorry guys!
Just a little boarding school set in the country side, one of the most luxurious and well funded schools in the country, full of wealth and excellence. The students, however, are not quite the epitome of excellence.

Name: aphroditi
Age: 17

Other: Aphroditi, or dita for short, is a very sporty gal. She loved nothing more than working out and running around fields, for one, to let off some steam, and also she's extremely proud of the body she has worked hard for. Nothing really phases her, she's too laid back to care about the little things in life. She likes to blend in instead of kicking up a fuss. That doesn't mean she doesn't notice things. It just means she often is the last to be noticed.

Name: Leonardo
Age: 17
Looks: Click
Other: Leonardo, or Leo for short, is a lad with many hobbies, most include some sort of music. He’s very artistic and loves to always busy himself with anything creative in his free time. He’s a laid back guy that doesn’t really care that much about anything, which works against him most of the time. He’s really proud of what he can do but certainly isn’t one to brag or show off, most people that know him don’t even know about all of his qualities, he’s very closed off after all. While liking to be in the middle of the attention, Leonardo often chooses the wrong ways to make this happen. He isn’t a bad kid, he just makes bad decisions.

Aphroditi had been awake since a little before 5A.M. She liked to get a head start on the day, to get as much of her routine in as she could before anyone else was up and around in the building. It gave her time to free her mind, to be able to do things without anyone else bothering her. Three laps around the outer field, along with some full body stretches, and she was just about ready to call it quits, jogging up the stairs in the girls part of the school. Room 30-. What an ugly number, odd. She pulled one of her air pods out of her ear and unlocked her door room, which she had very luckily been able to have to not share with anyone else. Throwing her keys and phone on the bed, she scraped her fingers through her hair, letting out a deep sigh. Time for another day of complete nonsense. The only reason she was still here was because of the scholarship she had been offered.

Waking up at 6 A.M. to the sound of his roommate’s alarm clock was never Leonardo’s favourite way of starting the day. Staying in bed for just about half an hour longer was a great way to make up for that brutal way of waking up though. Leonardo really wasn’t one to wake up early, if it weren’t for the mandatory classes he had he would love to just stay in bed all day. After his extra half an hour Leonardo managed to finally get out of his bed, gaining an disgusted look from his roommate. His roommate was Jacob, they weren’t necessarily friends, but they got along quite well. Other than Leonardo, Jacob was always one to wake up early and get his shit together, Leo just couldn’t bother. Returning the look to his roommate Leonardo went over into his morning routine: taking a quick shower, shaving whatever 5 o’clock shadow there was, and getting dressed into his uniform to attend class. Once he had gotten everything over with he took his phone, jacket, keys and bag before leaving his room. Being a big fan of the outdoors Leo liked taking a short walk around the building every morning, though he mostly did this to have a smoke before all the stress of school hit him. Smoking wasn’t allowed on the property, so Leonard always had to walk outside the building to do what he had to. He didn’t mind though, nearly everywhere surrounding the school building was beautiful landscaping, mostly views he had already drawn out or painted a couple of times. After his daily walk around the building and he had fully finished his cigarette Leonardo noticed the time, realising he was nearly late for his first class of the day, English literature. Deciding to take a run for it he ended up arriving at the classroom just in time and completely out of breath. What a great way to start your day.

Aphroditi hopped into the shower and washed the sweat from her body and hair, taking an extra amount of time to condition her hair and exfoliate her skin. Hopping out she dried off her body and tied her hair into a French plait while it was still wet, it'd give it a nice curl once she let it down later on. Pulling on her white shirt with her small black skirt, and thick tights, she did up her tie, adding her signature cold hoops, and just a small amount of mascara and gloss to her lips, and she was ready for class. Opting to take the longer route, she diverted to the canteen, picking herself up a fruit medley pot, she wasn't particularly wanting her stomach to growl through her first lesson. Swiping her student card through the system, she went up to her first lesson of the day, English literature, taking her normal seat towards the back of the classroom, smirking just a little at the look their teacher, Mr Bramming, was giving the poor boy who had walked in with just seconds to spare. Wow, he never even stood a chance at this rate.

Being the last one to arrive in class Leonardo walked inside just seconds before the bell rang. The look he gained from Mr. Bramming was enough to let him know what kind of day this was going to be. Leo was just happy he was on time, he had a record of running late, especially for his first classes. Giving Mr. Bramming a big smile Leonardo just took place on his usual seat near the back of the class room. He was so not excited for this day. After another moment Mr. Bramming started his class, going over the homework they had to have finished for this class, Leo didn’t have it, and starting up a new project. That was something Leonard did like about their English literature teacher, he always discussed the homework but never really checked who actually made it. That was one less class to get in trouble in. He did, however, love to give his students projects, of which the bigger ones were checked and graded. This one was no difference. A big project on poems, how boring could it get? The minute Mr. Bramming went deeper into the project Leonardo fully zoned out, just stared out of the window looking at the squirrels running over the nearly empty campus. He couldn’t wait for this day to be over already.

Aphroditi pulled out her notebook, which was immaculately organised. She had a section which she used to tuck her homework in, and then another bit to take notes for the class, and then one more section which she used for big projects, which she adored. Dita tried to excel in everything, she had worked so hard for her place at the school, she feared if her grades dropped, well that the school might just drop her. It was the one worry she had in life. To not be enough. Everything else didn't matter to her. She tucked some stay wisps of hair behind her ear that and escaped now that her hair was drying, and pushed her glasses further up her nose. She listened to their newest project. Analyse a poem of their choice, and write their own in a similar style. She felt her heart skip, poetry was such a passion for her. She chewed on the edge of her pen, taking a glance out the window, she grinned to herself. The tiny little squirrel running round in circles.

Leonard’s attention didn’t return to the class until their professor walked by to drop the paper for their project off at every student’s desk. Letting his eyes roll over the assignment Leo almost caught himself smiling a little. He wasn’t a big fan of trying hard in class, wasn’t a big fan of making himself seem like some smart guy, because he wasn’t, but this assignment did sound like a lot of fun. Usually Leonard wasn’t a great fan of the poetry the professor always talked about, but with this project you were free in picking out your own poem to analyse. This tiny detail already made the assignment so much more attractive. Fishing a pen from the pocket of his trousers Leonardo wrote his name at the top of the paper,  already thinking about what poem he could go for when Mr. Bramming spoke up again, this time catching even Leo’s attention. “Since this project is going to be 40 percent of your grade for this year, I’ve decided to give it a little twist. Working on this alone would be too easy. I’ve partnered each and every one of you up with someone else in this class and you’ll be making the project together couples,” the professor stated, causing Leo’s small bit of excitement for this assignment to disappear like snow in the sun. If there was even one thing he hated more than projects, it were projects where you had to work together with people. God, he genuinely couldn’t stand that. He just hoped that he would be teamed up with one of his friends, that would make this less terrible.

I'm so sorry for disappearing, my whole area had a power cut 😅

Aphroditi already had so many details running through her brain, the details she could add, the words that were flowing around her brain, she was excited for this project, it was something she was sure she could achieve her grade with easily. She lifted her head when the teacher began talking again, her stomach falling to her gut. Partners. God damn it, that grade just went from an A star to a C, she knew it. Some of the sporty girls who she was friends with weren't in this class, who the hell was she about to be stuck with. Please let it be someone smart, please let it be someone smart. Mr Bramming loaded up the next page on his presentation, it was the names who he hadn't matched up for the assignment, and pretty much it was whoever was sat next to however. She turned her head slowly to the boy sat next to her and narrowed her eyes at him. "I swear to god you better not mess this up.." she pointed her finger up at him. "Class, you are dismissed for now. I want you to use this time wisely with your project partner to pick the poem you are going to work on for the next week."

That’s alright! Are you okay??

If life was a movie, getting to hear you had to do a project in teams was the unwanted plottwist, the kind of plottwist that just totally ruined the entire movie for everyone. That was how Leonardo felt at least. He genuinely would do a lot better in school if fifty percent of their projects weren’t in groups. That just always fucked it up for him. As the professor changed slides Leo was disappointed to find out who he had to work with. Whoever was sitting next to him, well, wasn’t that just great? Before he had even turned his head away from the board the girl next to him already started talking. While they shared quite a few classes, Leonardo didn’t even think he knew her name. He never had a reason to get to know it anyway. Sighing at her words Leonardo rolled his eyes. “You’re quick to judge,” he snorted. For as far as he knew the girl was horrible with poems, while Leonardo often wrote poems to himself anyway. If it were the sixteen hundreds Leonardo would be a shakespeare competitor with his sonnets. Well okay, maybe he wasn’t that good, but barely anyone was in the sixteen hundreds. Putting his pencil back in his pocket once they were dismissed Leonardo fully turned to the girl besides him. He might as well just try a little with this project. “So, shall we hit up the library?” That just felt like the right place to work on such project, Leo and his roommate had a strict no girls rule in their dorm anyway.

Yeah everything is back to normal now thankfully!

Aphroditi could feel her ehart racing s little, the anxiety in her stomach lifting just a little bit more. Something she never felt very often, dita had a strong head on her shoulders, and near enough no one was powerful enough to knock her down. "Well I know the likes of you, mr daydreamer, mr I like to stare out of the window." She stood up once class was dismissed and began to gather her things. Slinging them into her bag she slid it over her shoulder, pulling her skirt down over her thighs. She went to the front of the class and grabbed their worksheets that they were gonna be working from, and then turned back to look up at him, a small sigh escaping her lips. This was her favourite class, she loved words, the way they were able to portray every emotion in the human realm. "Yeah that sounds good to me. They've got decent resources in at the minute." She waited until leonardo was behind her and then walked down the steps and to the main library building which was a separate building completely. She had no idea how this was gonna go.

Oh thank god!

It wasn’t too big of a surprise to see that the girl, maybe her name was Aphrodite? Or something along those lines, was very upset to have him as a partner, Leonardo didn’t think anyone besides some of his friends would be happy with him. Not even all of his friends, some liked to actually take school seriously. Maybe he should try that too sometimes, could be fun. “Oh, it’s like you’ve known me all my life,” he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes again as he got up from his seat. People always thought they knew others. She had a point though, Leonardo was a big day dreamer and loved to waste his time staring out of the window, didn’t mean he didn’t still have an A- average. It wasn’t the A+ his parents would like to see, but it was something. Though he did have to admit that his average was mostly kept high by the more artistic classes, like Literature. Leonardo pulled his hand through his hair, trying his best to get it in the right fit again before he gathered all the stuff from his table. It wasn’t a lot, just his notebook and the assignment they had been given today. He turned around to the girl again, maybe her name was Aphroditi, yeah, that was it for sure. Thank God he remembered. “Great,” he mumbled, walking up to the front of the class and then just following her outside. Leonardo made sure to walk behind her at all times, not sure why. Probably because he didn’t want annoying comments from his friends if they would see him walking next to her. Only once they reached the library building Leo started walking next to her. “So what poet are you thinking of?”

Aphroditi slid into the library swiping her student card through the system, she went and found them an empty table and popped her bag in a chair, she took off her jumper and hung it on the back of her seat, taking her glssses off she tucked the arm of them into her shirt pockets so they hung out. Thinking to herself for a moment, her hands in her hips as she looked over to him. "You don't have to stray away form me, you know. I don't bite, not on purpose." She snapped her teeth together and flashed them at him, her teeth were pearly white and glimmered under the fluorescent lights. This was awkward, she just wanted to get on with this, to choose her very favourite artist, but she didn't really want to reveal that softer side of her. "Well I was thinking Lang Leav, the way their pieces are so short, but have so much passion. I think it's interesting." She pulled her small laptop out of her backpack and loaded it up.

Swiping his student card right after Aphroditi Leonardo followed her through the library until she found a spot she deemed fit and they sat down. Leonardo just took a seat, he wasn’t really carrying a bag at the moment, forgot his at home, stupid right? “I don’t think biting is the thing I’m scared of,” Leonardo said jokingly. He wasn’t really scared at all, he just didn’t feel like his friends bothering him. They always bothered him whenever he was walking with someone outside of their friend group, always just mindless comments, joking about Leonardo finally dating someone again, he didn’t mind it, he just didn’t love it. And he also didn’t want Aphroditi to be bothered by it, his friends could be a real pain in the ass anyway. He still loved them though. Asking Aphroditi about what poet she was thinking off got him a surprising answer. “Really? Like, sure, Lang Leav has nice pieces, but there’s about a thousand better poets out there, why him?” It wasn’t that Leonardo didn’t like Lang Leav, he had some good pieces, but none of them actually stuck with him. In his opinion a good poet wrote something that really stuck with you, that you just wouldn’t forget. Of course that was just his opinion. And Lang Leav didn’t really fit in that if you asked him. He himself would’ve gone for Edgar Allan Poe, Oscar Wilde, or E.E. Cummings. But hey, he wasn’t going to be awful about this. If the lady wanted Lang Leav they would just have to go for Lang Leav.

Aphroditi wandered away from him for a moment and headed down the corridors of the library, looking for a few books on basic poetry and styles and stuff, nothing in particular. She went back to him and placed the books down, and sat in her seat in front of her laptop, tucking her legs beneath her, one elbow in the tale, resting her chin on her palm. "I mean we can do that if you want to. I just thought they were a little bit classic and boring that's all but.. I guess it would make it easier for both of us. Gets the project over quicker. We've only got a week to work on this, by the way." She stuck her tongue out in concentration, searching Oscar Wilde and loading up a few poems. None of it was inspiring her and her lips fell into a small pout, looking over at him. "Okay so how is this going to work? Do you want to write the poem and I'll do the analysing? Or what?" She chewed on the end of her pen. This was so haemorrhage, working with someone who she hardly kne,w the chemistry wasn't their and their ideas just weren't bouncing. "What's your name, by the way?"
