Carter sat on the bed of her hotel room, legs crossed, bowl in hand. Finally getting some alone time, away from Jace. It was like she was babysitting a child. He acted extremely rude, immature, and to be honest treated her like shit. How would it feel to have someone sit there and compare you to your best friend? And not in the good way either. She finished up the noodles she was munching on and set the bowl in the sink, turning to the bathroom to talk a bath. Her bones ached from tossing and turning all night. That's another thing about Jace, he snored. All. Damn. Night. She walked into the bathroom, closing the door behind her and running the hot bath water. Pouring in some bubbles, she started to strip of her close and get in, one leg at a time.
Donnie walked along the boardwalk, hands in his pockets. The brightness of the sun had dimmed as he watched it go down beneath the waves. The fact that he couldn't stay in his hotel room for so long because there was so much fighting going on was ridiculous. For the most part, Donnie was an extremely gentle soul and quite polite, but there was something about this girl that irked him until no end. Her attitude, the way she spoke, he absolutely hated it. He began walking up the stairs from the sand, dusting his shoes off and heading towards the hotel. Approaching it, he began fiddling in his pockets for his keys and entered the building, hitting the button for the elevator.
