You are a noble king to a clan of vampires. Worthy of your word and loyal to your family and coven. You enjoy your strength and the power you have against the world, but it is very lonely. You decide, *Hey, why not get married and have a queen?* Thinking this is such an easy task, you pick out each vampire worthy to be your mate. All of them are beautiful, and they all seem perfect. Although, one day, you decide to wander around and end up making your way through a small neighborhood outside of the coven. Now, humans know of vampires, but they do not dare to mess with them since they've known the vampires to be a bit short-tempered. Anyway, you wander into this neighborhood and find yourself face to face with a human upon mistake. She looks at you, realizing who you are, terrified and a sudden cold feeling falls upon her. Although, she is beautiful in your eyes. You wish her no harm, and suddenly feel like this girl is your responsibility, yours to take care of. You feel you need to protect her, but don't know why. Could this grand vampire king be in love... With a human?

Fliss laughed as she waved goodbye to her friend. They had just finished their shift at the local restaurant and she was now going to head home. She didn't really feel comfortable walking home on her own but her friend had to walk the other way so she had to do it on her own. She had always been told about vampires and it frightened her. Aiden sighed with relief, he was glad to be away now. When he was in the human villages he could just let go and relax, he didn't have to worry about being the prince or anything like that. He walked down the street with his hands shoved in his pockets as he followed a random path leading to a small village. It relaxed him knowing he didn't have to think about finding a queen now. He wish he could find someone when he wanted and not have to find someone for the sake of finding someone.

Smoking was always one of his bad habits but he never got the chance to smoke unless he was out on his own. He paid for his stuff before he walked out and headed down the same road he had been on before. He was about to cross when he bumped into someone "Im so sorry." He said as he stood up and held his hand out to the person who was on the ground.

"yeah.. i'm fine." but she was stunned. immediately she recognised what he was. pale skin, shockingly good looks. vampire.

Harry looked down at the human girl and smiled a little. She was beautiful, probably the most beautiful woman he had ever laid eyes on. He frowned and looked down at her cut leg "shit." He mumbled, trying to ignore the blood. With her it didn't seem to matter about wanting her blood, he just wanted to be around her for some odd reason. Vampires don't normally like humans. "Sorry again." He said, giving her a small smile as he looked down at her.

"it's.. it's okay.. just pleaae.. please don't hurt me. I never meant to bump into you." she frowned as she looked up at him.

Harry frowned at how scared she became. He knew there was blood dripping down her leg but it actually didn't bother him, he wanted no harm to come to her. "Hey don't be sorry, it should be me who's sorry beautiful. You don't have to worry about me hurting you, I'm not going to do that. You've probably been told about us vampires and how bad we are but I'm not one of the bad ones so don't worry." He said "Is there somewhere I can take you to get your leg sorted?" He asks.

evangeline was rather confused. she had always been told the horror stories, about how horrific vampires are, how if you came across one they'd kill you in an instant. and yet here she was having one tell her that he wasn't about to do anything at all and in fact, it seemed as if he wanted to help her. she wanted to just run away from him in the opposite direction, as fast as she could, but that was impossible as she felt frozen to the spot. she cleared her throat and looked up at him, shrugging, she nodded her head slowly. "I don't live far from here so.. I will just go back there." she shrugged again, tucking a few strands of hair behind her ear.

Why are you here anyway? Shouldn't you be in your kingdom? Doesn't your king like forbid it or something?" She asks.

Harry nodded "Well can I come with you? I want to make sure your ok, I'm very sorry for causing you to fall." He said softly and looked down at her leg quickly before looking back at her. He had a strange urge to make sure that no harm ever came to her and he didn't understand why but he needed to know that she was ok. He wanted to get to know her better as well he just hoped that she wouldn't be scared of him.
