Hazel was literally doing nothing other than lying in bed, procrastinating getting up and dressed. The white walls of her bedroom were filled with a collage of photos from her past, on the rare occasions she actually left her house. When she eventually managed to muster up enough strength to actually stand, she was greeted by a full length mirror, which she stared at for a good minute and a half. Jax was lathering lynx all over himself, standing under the hard hitting jet of water that was his power shower. He loved the house he lived in simply for the shower. And his housemates were alright too. They were cool people, especially when it came to the topic of people staying over. He looked down at the white-ink on his chest, which was just within his range of view and ran his hand over it gently. It reminded him of good days and happiness, and managed to put a smile on his face whenever he happened to catch a glimpse of it.

evangeline wasn't in the best mood with jax. it was over some stupid argument they had, about how serious exactly they were getting. long story short, evangeline was very attached to him. she sighed and answered the phone, waiting for it to ring a couple of times, not wanting to seem to eager. "called to shout at me again or something?" she said, frowning to herself.

Hazel arched both of her eyebrows back at him, undoing his tie for him and throwing it on the bed. ''You're instigating that I sleep alot, Benjamin!'' she laughed and gave him a single, tight hug before kissing his nose and moving back to her bed, sitting on it, cross legged, and tries to think of something to say to him.

Jax sighed, pressing his hand to his head. ''Actually, I called to make sure you were okay.'' He could hear the frown in her voice, and he didn't like it. ''A-aaand to see if there was any chance you could bring yourself to be in my presence to try and sort things out.''

"all you seem to do is sleep. ever thought about getting a job?" he raised an eyebrow as he moved over to her desk, sitting himself in the spinny chair, he put his hands behind his head, glancing over at her. things had become rather cold between the two lately. and he despised that.

evangeline felt a tiny bit guilty, but brushed it off swiftly. "i'm fine, so whatever." she sat up in her sea of giant king sized duvet, rubbing her sleep filled eyes. "if you want to sort things out why don't you come here? you know, don't want to be getting too attached to you and everything, goodness know what people will think if I come to your place." she said rather bitterly.

The walk to her house was quick, one that he could make in five minutes at a brisk walk - which he did. He could almost taste the anxiety he felt as he rang her doorbell, instead of just using the house key he'd been given years back by his mom.

evangeline didn't even bother to say anything back. she put her phone down on the bed and clambered out of it, pulling off her pajamas and putting on some clean underwear, with a pair of tights and some denim booty shirts, with a white crop top. she tied up her hair, leaving her full fringe out, and did her make up. leaving him waiting at the door for a while. she got up and went down, opening the door. she bit her lip, looking at him. "hey."

evangeline felt uncomfortable with the smile he gave her. she didn't know how to react, how to be around him. she sighed and dropped her head again, opening the door a bit more. ignoring his apology for now, she wasn't quite ready to forgive him. "want to come in?" she asked him, raising an eyebrow, she looked back up at him.
