Once Charlotte was finished she tried to smile a little in the mirror. She couldn't hide the fact that even in the company of friends she sometimes felt that little bit too lonely. Ever since her older brother died she had been distant from not just her friends but herself. He had been her rock and supported her through her phase of drugs, helped hide it from the rest of her friends. Life had felt empty since Sean had gone but she pushed through it, knowing he was watching over her. Quickly, Charlotte wiped the tear away from her eye before it ruined her makeup, heading downstairs to clear her mind. "gosh, it's a party in the kitchen this morning." she said with a small laugh as she hoovered in the door frame.
Just before Damon shut the fridge he heard Cassia ask for the milk, so he pulled it fully open and removed the milk. Before handing it to her, he opened the cap and peeled back the film just being a bit of a gentleman towards her. "here you go." he said with a bit of a smile on his lips. He hated how they were now, so distant and cold to each other. He missed the way she use to smile when he lifted her off the ground and hugged her. The way they once looked at each other was extremely intense and he went and ruined that because he was scared of commitment. He turned round to look at Damon, "A couple of lads from the gym mentioned some massive party at one of their mansions of a houses, was thinking of going to that. Could join me if you wanted? You all could." he said, at the end addressing everyone in the kitchen.
