I just watched Sweet Home Alabama and I thought I would write a plot about it.
You grew up in a small town in Alabama and you had been friends with the boy across the street from being two years old. You grew up together and he was your first everything. Eventually you started dating and then after you had both graduated you got married. Things were going great but three months after your wedding you found out your were expecting a baby. You were scared, you both had just graduated and could barley afford to keep the house you had together so really you didn't have the right environment to raise a baby as well as you both being too young. A few months after that mother nature decided that you weren't ready for this baby and sadly you lost the baby. You and your husband tried to pick up the pieces but you just couldn't do it, you needed to get away. You left. You needed to be someone else for a while and do something with your life. You packed up and headed to New York. After being in New York for a year you meet a man and he was any woman's dream, good looking, rich and successful as well as being a nice guy and treating you like a princess. Yous sent your husband divorce papers so you could both move on but he never signs them. Eventually the guy you have been dating asks you to marry him and you say yes. So you finally head home to Alabama and you attempt to get your husband to sign the divorce papers but he won't for a while. As you meet your old friends and get to know the town better you and your husband start talking and reminisce about old memories. After that he signs the divorce papers. You and your husband change your plans and decide to get married in your home town in the most beautiful wedding venue your town has to offer. You are stood at the altar with your future husband, about to say I do when your lawyer walks down the aisle. You haven't signed the divorce papers. You are still married to your best friend and high school sweetheart. What do you do? [credit; LoveIsALaserquest]
