I've been listening j-rock band called the GazettE for nearly 10 years and they still do music! It's pretty much rock vibes, but not too heavy I guess tho they have quite variety of songs. I'm not the biggest fan of their newest songs but I really like the older albums (And I actually own few and I've been on their concerts couple of times!)

Other j-rock bands I like: LM.C  and SuG

As for k-pop, I don't listent that much but Stray Kids and EXO has good songs!
