U can select to filter out the things u don't have, which helps if your wishlist is everything u don't have XD otherwise for a specific thing, it's a hassle

ah i think i phrased my point wrong lmao - i think there should be options to filter things out more, such as whether u want to see things that cost pd or cr, and maybe if u have seen an item u wanted but forgot to put on the wishlist, one could type in a few keywords to search for it
