No, but there is no need to REMOVE the nipples when you have the target audience higher, aka, people do not have to worry about it because they can wear all the nipples they want. Aka, nobody will actually sexualize the nipples because they'll just be there and stay natural, just like any other items that we would have to remove if we do not raise it.

banning, imo, should always be plan B, aka we should try not banning and just putting disclaimers, and then if that still goes wrong, we can ban said things

It depends, I do not know the rules out of my head but I do think that there's some rules that can either be removed or changed.

No, but they will not be effected by these changes. We already have clothing that doesn't belong on a children website so that wont change hahah. The "biggest" change will be for the forum users.

But if you posted mature content it would be against the rules (sex, drugs, graphic violence)

Oh, I am aware of this as I'm Dutch myself. But it's indeed not a lot, and most of these younger players are used to the content we already see on VP haha.
