I have seen designers post saying they've uploaded male designs to the system yet they just aren't being used for anything. so I think it kind of goes to both parties, yaknow?

four male sets were uploaded so he could set something as hof/wof but he never did

very true but you also need to know where you stand first cause I imagine it'd be even more awkward if the community was asked and it was like
