I would say only 4.
For example there is 4 houses, every house can have like 10 people (it wouldnt start unless there is enough people, also 40 people in one game in here is already a lot), but there could be more than one game at a time. Like 3 games at same time and it would last exact amount of time and prize could be pd or cr.
