An idea could be that you give a user a shoutout! You tell your fans about the other popstar and some of them leave you and join the other artist instead! You could choose an amount or there could be set amount of fans

On the side we can have a box that says forexample "X gave a shoutout to Y!" And so on downwards to see recent shoutouts

You receive a mail like:

Topic: You were given a shoutout!

i think to prevent people from buying fans from several people there should also be a limit to how many times a day you can receive fans from another person, you can only send fans once a day and you can only receive fans once a day?"

Yes i mean you get some of their fans, so they will lose some

Yeah it should be a once a day and max limit amount of fans given

Highest level what you need to get some items from shop or buy from mp is world famous which needs only 1 million fans which isnt much if you are active here

I don´t point of this
someone wants fans and someone donate them
Then you get pp´s very easily and everything very easily just for sitting and begging/asking fans
without doing really anything
