Hey! I've gathered up some smoothie recipes that I thought I could share with you guys so that more smoothie lovers will share the same joy I get when I drink a fresh and fruity smoothie. All are vegan and delicious - hope they will appeal!

Mango and pineapple!
- 1dl frozen or fresh mango
- 1dl pineapple
- 1dl coconut water

This is really simple and also delicious as a smoothie bowl, just put it in a bowl and fill it with tasty toppings!

(from my ig: sandranyjo)

Peanut butter and banana!
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 4 small dates or 2 large medjool dates, pitted
- 1 big tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1dl oat milk, or other non-dairy milk
- 0,5dl water, to thin down the mixture

Directions:
Set aside for approx after well blended into a smooth mix for 3-5 minutes so that the chia seeds can break down a little bit more and you can absorb their nutritional benefits more easily.

Blueberries baby!
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 1 dl almond milk
- 0,5 dl oats
- 1 banana
- 1ts maple syrup

This is also great to use as a smoothie bowl!

(from my ig: sandranyjo)

Chocolate shake!
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 1dl frozen strawberries (or blueberries)
- 2-3 heaping Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal (optional)
- 3,5dl unsweetened vanilla almond milk/oat milk
- dash of stevia or agave nectar (depending on sweetness of bananas)
- 1dl ice
- big handful of spinach (optional)

This is really filling and can be eaten as a breakfast!
