i think its their attitude a lot of people like. its so edgy and quirky - like i remember when I found them in the beginning of my emo phase and heard their song "dead" it was pure bliss because it was so fucking edgy and 'lol death'


and now i just think its because of memories
The only songs by them I ever genuinely liked were Demolition Lovers and Helena. I tried really, really hard to like them because I had an emo phase but even back then I just didn't. 

Demolition Lovers is a fucking banger though. Do enjoy that one a lot.

My MCR loving friend in high school probably would of listed The Smashing Pumpkins. She never got into em. They're one of my favorite rock bands from the 90s personally.

idk why I never have. I was really into deathrock for awhile. Stuff like Christian Death and Alien Sex Fiend. I'd probably like em. Any recs?

i personally really like dig up her bones, scream, helena, angel fuck and die die my darling

i think some of them are their most popular songs but.. they're really good tbh. and angel fuck is just a short like 1 min song, but its really catchy
