It's tumblr. What did you except?
I don't understand this need to make so many different genders. Not because I believe there are only two genders, but because I feel its so much a given that gender in general is such a fluent thing, that making up names for all kinds of non-binary genders seems pretty pointless.
Its kind of like the fact that all shades of colours have individual names. There is a shade of green called Ao. It makes sense to know this, if you work with colours, but for everyone else, its just green. And although everyone can see the visual difference between Ao and Bud (which is also a nuance of green), most people just call it green.
If you want to be specific about it, thats great, just like a graphic designer would need to know if its Ao or Bud, but for everyone else, don't expect people to know or care what name you decided to give your gender. Its a given that some people are more masculine or more feminie, or none of both, regardless of their biologic gender. But thats often more of a personality/mental thing rather than anything physical.
To be completely frank, I can't help but think that people who need these really weird gender pronounces like bordergender or otherkin or whatnot, are people who just have a hard time placing themselves identity wise. Which is extremely common, especially when you're around the age of 15 and 20 something. But these people in particular, needs some extra spice on the special snowflake cake.
