without the infrastructure to do so, no..  it doesnt seem like they have the ability rn

on top of all this, i dont think its being documented in the media outside of france properly, but a lot of things arent functioning properly because of the riots afaik

no, it could potentially break the structure, the weight of the water could do a lot of harm, keep in mind that it's a very old cathedral
