Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe you could consider going to Norway as an exchange student? 
yeah but the courses at NTNU are taught in norwegian according to the website, is that true? I don't speak a word norwegian so that wouldn't work too well xD 
also, not sure if i can fit an exchange program in my study, since I'm almost finished with both my masters

Sadly a lot of them are, yeah. ): Parts of the curriculum are too

At least I can point you in the direction of this book by Wiebe Bijker, who is a professor at our institute (and also happens to be dutch, as several of the chapters in the book also are)
