kaj deletes accounts that have been inactive for over a year if you ask him and want the name
but yeah putting the items in mp would be great so they don't go to waste

I was inactive for over six months and I would have been pissed if I lost the little amount that I had when I returned.

...also I think, "an user," sounds really odd, in this case it would just be, "a user."

Why doesn't the rule apply with an user?

It does apply. It's only that the u in user have a j/g-ish sound to it, which makes it more weird to say "an" before the word

Who cares how it sounds, an user is grammatically coherent.

it isn't. it's a matter of whether the pronunciation of the word begins with a vowel or a consonant, and in the word user it's pronounced with a consonant in the beginning. so: a user, a unicorn, but: an understatement
