Do you have "mobil ID " and "mina vårdkontakter " ? If not. Get that. 
You can change the place where you like.... go.... for doctor stuff... there. 
And then you need to call them and say you need to get an appointment with a psych doctor. 
And you'll probably get a remiss to a other place... but at least that is getting you started.  I know how confusing all this is, but that's what I had to do when I lost contact with my doctor.

i do but its psych and for that the have to send a "remiss" to get into a new one
Idk if they have a psych doctor at Vårdcentralen but even if they did it would probably be better sending it from a doctor at actual psych + vårdcentralen usually turns away mental Health things and tells u to go to psych
