It shouldn't be for the entire weekend.

If you're going to do items or sets then maybe it should only happen once per quarter (4 times per year) so that the designers have time to design something for both male and female. I think PP is also nice to include. 

It seems problematic to consider having these every month...that just seems sort of over the top since you have to have a brand new account and different email address for every single one. That's 12 side accounts for every person who participates. 

Monthly also seems like a lot of extra accountability and coordination for staff on top of weekly HOF, WOF, DM, and monthly MCW. 

Its nice that you are trying to give us something to look forward to and add some energy here. And I know that you're asking us to offer suggestions, too. I don't have an alternative right now but will think about it.

diamonds are useless unless the account reaches the level YT star so they won't get a 'headstart', until they get to that level. actually, most diamonds cannot be used until the level national star because they have this level requirement
