Welcome to VP!

"maxed" means that the codes have reached their maximum number of claims. Sometimes the claims are unlimited but usually they have a limited number of possible claims from 50 to 150. They go pretty quickly so you they'll usually become maxed out on the first day that they are posted and released. Hope that helps! ^^
