The purpose of the maximum is so we don't get like several novel long entries, haha. So if you're going over the maximum, don't freak out over it. Just mainly think of the maximum as a range for how much you should be writing. But of course, if you go over it, it just means that you're a very detailed writer with a lot of creativity, and the ET is certainly not going to punish anyone for that. <3 Good luck to anyone deciding to enter. Introducing our EventTeam Writing Competition! You will be given a scenario to write off of. In this competition we are mostly focusing on your creativity, so feel free to give it your all! We know everyone of you have your inner creativity!

Scenario:

Your character woke up in a Forest all alone with no memories. As he/she/it took a look around he/she/it saw a shadow hidden behind a tree. What had happened before your character woke up in the Forest? What is going to be happening next in the plot?

Please write your story using this beginning plot and you can have it however you like, first person or third person point of view your choice. Don't forget to answer the question as the story proceeds. And your character can be anyone or anything. Some examples of who or what your story can be about:

- A lone wolf

- A fox

- A celebrity

- Peter Pan

- You

- Your friend

- A made up character

As you can see your main character can be just about anyone or anything your mind can think of.

Rules for competition:

-your entry must be sent in by mail/personal message

-any entry not sent in by mail will be disqualified

-we require you to be the one writing it

It's a simple competition really, not too many rules. The reason we require you to send in your entry/entries is because there's a twist to how the winner is going to be decided, which will be a surprise for the time being. This also help prevents copying, as we want you to show your creativity.

For this competition there can only be one grand prize winner, however everyone who sends in an entry will receive a small prize of 500 popdollars as a participation prize. You will be given two weeks to send in your entries, you have until Wednesday, May 7, 2014.

The Grand Prize:

5,000 popdollars and 10 credits

Not really, that's part is not as important as what happens next, so I guess you don't have to if you don't want to. And those are mostly there to give the writers an idea of what to write about.

Yesssss. And to clarify, it sounds as though multiple entries are allowed. Is it just one or...? Because I would totally love to give a few ideas a shot.

For me I wouldn't mind if you enter more than one as I love reading! And I will enjoy reading every single one so why not.
