Okay, so this one creeped me out. I remember one night, my boyfriend called me in a panic. “You remember those bears right?” He asked, just by his tone of voice I could sense something was wrong with it. After a few moments, I said yes, wondering why he would even ask such a question like that. Well, he proceeded to tell me that it’s no longer ‘Berenstein’ but now they refer to them as the ‘Berenstain’ bears.
I started to laugh and told him he was crazy; that’s when he sent me a picture of an old book he had dug up from his childhood stuff. I kid you not; I almost dropped my phone when I saw the picture. I used to watch the shows and read all of the books. How could I have been wrong all these years?
That’s when I started to do some research; I wasn’t the only one who remembered the famous characters as The Berenstein Bears. I had to ask my parents what they remember it as, and they agreed with me. I had always been a fan, so they can recount many hours of me in front of the tv watching it.
Another reason why I remember it so well is that I had a hard time to pronounce it, so my mom always told me to think about Einstein. It had the same letters at the end, I’m sorry, but his name isn’t Albert Einst-AIN. Have you guys ever heard of this Mandela Effect? What are your thoughts on it?
Even if you aren’t a fan, you probably know someone who is a fan of the Star Wars franchise. My boyfriend is a huge Star Wars fan, and he didn’t know about this Mandela Effect. Now, although, I’m not a huge fan. I have seen the movies, and I certainly don’t remember the quote going like this.
Here’s the thing, I’ve always remembered the quote being “No Luke, I am your father.” It’s such a famous quote that even tv shows like to use it and poke fun at it, but apparently, it’s not even that! Apparently, the quote is just, “No, I am your father.” WHAT!?
This quote was made famous by Darth Vader, and it goes both ways. As I was reading comments about this one, I was reading full on fights about how some people were wrong. Some individuals who believe in the newer version of the quote, are intense as so saying that they are right.
But yet, there are still many people out there who believe that the quote was always “No Luke, I am your father.” A great example not taken from me is that it was a significant plot twist in the movie franchise, so how could people not forget the quote. Well, folks, it’s up to you, how do you remember this famous quote?
