That's right! The NewsTeam is currently accepting applications for 1-2 Writers and 3-4 Layouters! Here is a brief summary of what you will be expected to do on the team.
Writers: Write one article a week on any topic you wish (as long as it's appropriate and follows VP rules). You will communicate with your layouter ahead of time as to what you need them to do.
Layouters: Communicate with your assigned writers to make the layout for their articles. Knowledge of basic coding is preferred, but we can teach you if you don't know how to.
In the other column you will find the required application. Please send all completed applications and writing/layouting examples to the NewsTeam account by September 24th at 12:00pm EST.
There will be no second round this time around, so make sure to show us your best! We look forward to reading those articles and seeing your layouts!
If you have any questions, please either post them here or message a member of the current news team!
