Coconut Macaroon Recipe (by Baileyyrosee )

   
  
     

Hello again! For today’s article, I’m going to be showing you how to make coconut macaroons! I’ve recently made this recipe, and it was the first time I’ve ever made a macaroon, and it was my friend time trying a macaroon, and I loved it a lot!

Ingredients;

-2/3 cups of flour

-5 ½ cups of coconut

-1/4 teaspoon of salt

-1 can of sweetened condensed milk

-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

 

Step 1: First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees so the oven can start warming up while you make them, and then take a cookie sheet, or a baking pan, and line it with tinfoil


Step 2: Take a large bowl and mix together the coconut, flour, salt, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk

Step 3: When that is all mixed together, take an ice cream scoop {a miniature one is better if you have it} and scoop up the mix and space it out on the baking pan


Step 4: Bake it for 12-15 minutes in the oven


Step 5: Let cool & enjoy!

 

**Since I wrote this article after I had made the macaroons, I was only able to take a picture of the final products of the macaroons I made, the other picture of the macaroon batter is taken off of google.**
