Alaska is a beautiful place to go. Even though you may not see as much light in Alaska that you would see in other places in the U.S. there are plenty of things to see there! The biggest thing you can see are the Northern Lights, they can be known as Aurora Borealis. You can see them 240 nights out of the year, from May to mid-August the daylight is too strong to see them. They are known for their beautiful colors in the sky.

Taste of Alaska and taste some wonderful Athabascan cuisine! You can take part in a pub crawl at The Great Fairbanks Pub Paddle.

People have been comparing cities in Kentucky to the new Portland, Oregon. Louisville is a city by the Ohio River! Louisville is known as the East District. It features warehouses used as local breweries, antique shops, and really cool restaurants!

Between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon is Arizona's go to destination! The Verde Valley region is full of beautiful, green canyons with red rocks. Towns like Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona draw visitors to the food, art, and mining lore. Verde is also known for its wine! You can reach the Alcantara Vineyards by kayak. Sounds fun doesn't it?
10. Glacier National Park, Montana
This is a favorite national park around the world to many people. The jagged icy glaciers are full of natural beauty and awe. The sad part about this national park is it could be gone by 2030 if the climate keeps going on the path it is going now. Go see it while you can!
