For the past few years in the UK there has been a petition to get a rock song to Christmas number one because people were annoyed with X Factor winners always getting Christmas number 1. This year the song was Highway to Hell by ACDC!

This year however, ACDC only made it to number 4 and X Factor winner Sam Bailey stole the top spot by making it to number 1 with her new single Skyscraper!

As it is Christmas, Leona Lewis released a new Christmas song, One more sleep. Which I love because it’s fresh and new. It’s nice to have newer Christmas songs to listen to, even though the old ones are fab!
