Mummies are ancient monsters that have been derived from many different cultures in many different ways. They have been portrayed in many different ways in ancient folktales and myths made by many different people. There have been stories about mummifying a body that has died. How do we know if actual alive mummies are roaming our planet? Or any other planet for that matter. Mummies are a big piece of fiction in our world, but maybe they are real in our world.
A mummy is a body of someone or something (such as an animal, human, or just a plain body) that has had organs and skin that has been preserved for a specific reason. But, folktales and myths have taken what a mummy usually is and has created something unusual and creative. Many stories include a mummy coming to life and taking over something or someone in our world. All of those stories are fiction and very fake.
To become a mummy you must go through a mummification process. This entails embalming and wrapping. First you embalm. Then you wash the dead body with wine. Then they rinse with water from the Nile River. Then they remove the organs in the body. Next you wrap the body. This entails wrapping the whole body so no skin or anything is showing. The people who wrap the mummy must wrap it in fine linen and make sure that the body is wrapped securely.
Mummies are a fiction monster that many different people believe in along with vampires, werewolves, etc. But, mummies have a very different twist than vampires and werewolves. They are very interesting and are created in a different way. They are actually real in the world. Except there are usually not alive and mean. Do you believe in mummies?
