So nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and carbon dioxide is in the air. Also, it's Valentine's day. February 14th.  A day of love, joy, happiness and a day to remind us single people that we're single. (It's not that bad, really.) Here's a short and sweet poem to you for Valentine's Day.

 

Roses can come in many colors such as red, pink or blue

Violets are violet, hence the name, but I guess they can be blue too

Valentine's day celebrates love 

And so do doves…

But really, Valentine's Day should just be a day for us to not go to school

'Cause unlike other holidays it's not that cool

But it's also Single Awareness Day

And the single people would like to say

"Fuck Valentine's Day" 

 

Joking…not. But in reality, have a great time whatever you might be doing today! (:

 

Hey guys it's Georgia, Happy valentines day!

So on valentines day I know I like to make loads of yummy food and or drinks to share with my family. This year I am going to be making a white chocolate and raspberry hot chocolate. I'm making it later so I'm not too sure if it will taste nice but it sure looks good! So I'm going to share the recipe with you all.  

Ingredients you will need:
Milk
Cream
White chocolate chips
Raspberry puree (it says you can use raspberry liqueur but I thought it was more appropriate to say  puree as many of us aren't old enough to drink)
sugar
whipped cream 
chocolate sauce

Equipment: 
A saucepan 
Mason jar or cup 
Spatula

How to make the hot chocolate:
Add one cup of milk to your pan along with a 1/4 cup of cream and heat gently. When you notice steam coming off turn it down to a low heat and then add 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips to the milk and stir until all of the chocolate is melted. When the chocolate is melted add in your raspberry puree and a little bit of red food colouring so it will turn into a gorgeous pink colour.   Now your hot chocolate is ready so pour the yummy mixture into your glasses. Then to garnish add some raspberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Now you can enjoy with your special someone or just relax and enjoy the yummy drink if you are on your own.

 

For valentines day we thought we would do a sort of collab with the event team. They held a valentines colouring  competition. Well guess what? we have the results for you!
