Lots of things have been happening lately and there's a lot to discuss; some things are on VP while others are things in the real world. Have fun reading about current events.

- Newbie week has ended. I think the newbies have felt really welcome here, and they sure did enjoy the activities. There doesn't always have to be a specific newbie week - make every week newbie week and always try to make newbies feel welcome here!

SMALL STORY:
Now to end, here's a small little story;
A girl named Anne was wondering outside when all of a sudden, there was a big boom. Anne didn't know what it was but she ran inside her apartment crying to her mother. "Mom, something happened outside! It was really loud! What's going on? TURN ON THE NEWS!" Anne was panicking. "I heard it, but honey, don't worry, everything will be alright." Anne's mother opened the TV and put it on channel 7 - the news. "It's official - World War III is on! Everyone, go to your reported hiding place which you can find in your building guide! Save yourselves!" Anne didn't know a thing that was going on, but when she heard war, she knew that it was something bad. "Guys, I heard, we need to leave right now to protect ourselves!" Anne's father ran inside screaming to the rest of the family. "Pack your bags! We only have 10 minutes to get out of here!" Anne, her brother, Mike, and her parents ran to the one big bedroom they had. They each got to pack 10 things they needed most, and finally, they ran to the shelter down the street. It was years they hadn't gotten out from the shelter. They could only be thankful that they were safe and they got proper care. Anne's family will never forget, through each generation, what happened to their family in this world war.
