Stress. Something we all have experienced, and something we have all had to deal with. For me most stress stems from school and tends to take a toll on my body. When I had first heard that yoga could help with this sort of stress I was actually pretty skeptical. My mind was tense and my body was stiff and achy, so how could breathing and simple stretching relax my body and mind? I was just about at my wit's end and, not knowing what else to do, I decided to try it out. To my surprise, it was a wonderful, de-stressing experience. Every since then, I try to implement yoga frequently in my life. I'd like to show a few moves that I really enjoy to hopefully help you de-stress, as well!
1. Cobra
Stretches the shoulder blades, lower back, and hips
4. Reclining Goddess

Stretches the inner thighs, hips, and lower back
5. Reclining Double Leg Twist

Stretches the spine, shoulder blades, arms, and hips
2. Bridge
Stretches the hips, spine, neck, legs, and arms
3. Triangle

Stretches the shoulder blades, inner legs, sides of stomach, and arms
6. Happy Baby

Stetches hips, thighs, and bottom of feet
