When you can’t respond on the forum/chat private massages, you need to change your text input settings from normal to simple. You will find this option in your personal profile configuration page. When you change the text input to simple the option to input images/youtube movies/smiley’s will disappear for better support on mobile devices. 

If you still are having problems, uncheck the box:
