What do you think about the nature? Is everything in peace? Are all the creatures safe in the world full of pollution and can trust human beings who hunt animals just for fun?
If these questions were asked to me, my answer would be straightaway ‘N’ ‘O’ – NO. You would be thinking that if these questions would be asked to you, your answer would also be no, but have you ever taken this topic seriously? Have you even taken a step? Yes, yes you would say. Many of you must have planted plants, and things like that…. But did you ever continue to follow that? Di you ever try to encourage people to save the environment. I know that many people give speeches, make drawings and write essays named “save earth”, “don’t waste water” etc. But they never follow that, never take it seriously and don’t give much attention. Even I myself don’t give much attention to those essays and speeches. But you know what ? We should do that because it is our duty. I don’t want this to become a essay.. so let’s move to the point. There are some people who seriously work for the nature and as well as welfare for the human beings and other living organisms. Betty White Comedy icon Betty White’s love of animals has been in the spotlight since 1971 when she hosted a show about celebrities and their pets called The Pet Set. The show was short lived, but it wasn’t the end of White’s charity. In 1983, she wrote Betty White's Pet-Love: How Pets Take Care of Us. She’s been involved in the Morris Animal Foundation as a trustee. White is also a trustee for the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, an organization that supports the Los Angeles Zoo. White told the New York Times that the zoo is her home away from home.
Brad Pitt Pitt committed himself to helping rebuild New Orleans in the wake of devastating Hurricane Katrina. His Make It Right Foundation is building 150 houses in the decimated 9th Ward using green technology and materials. In March 2009, Pitt met with President Obama to discuss federally funding green housing projects. I will add more later.. It was all for now… Hope you liked it !! And don’t forget to do ur bit !!
