Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat,
and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for
whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our
Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is 
your strength.

- Nehemiah 8:10

IN the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul,
Flee as a bird to your mountain?

- Psalm 11:1

The eyes of the LORD are upon me,
and his ears are open unto my cry.

The face of the LORD is against them that do evil,
to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

I cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth me
out of all my troubles.

The LORD is nigh unto me, that of a broken 
heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

- Psalm 34:15-18

The steps I take are ordered by the LORD:
and I delighteth in my way.

Though I fall, I shall not be utterly cast down:
for the LORD upholdeth me with with his hand.

- Psalm 37:23-24

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so
panteth my soul after thee, O God.

My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when
shall I come and appear before God?

My tears have been my meat day and night, while
they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?

When I remember these things, I pour out my soul
in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with
them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and
praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.

Why art thou cast down, my soul? and why art 
thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet
praise him for the help of his countenance.

My God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore
will I remember thee from the land of Jordan and
of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.

Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts:
all thy waves and thy billowsare gone over me.

Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in
the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me,
and my prayer unto the God of my life.

I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me?
why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies
reproach me while they say daily unto me, Where is thy
God?

Why art thou cast down, my soul? and why art
thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God: for I shall
yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance and
my God.

- Psalm 42

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed;
for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help
thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my
righteousness.

- Isaiah 41:10

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,
saith the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to
give you an expected end.

Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and
pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall
search for me with all your heart.

- Jeremiah 29: 11-13

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye
might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation:
but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens
me.

- Philippians 4:13

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and

I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
