so today i was looking at this dance video by a japanese dancegroup on youtube called DANCEROID, and damn, their bodies am i right? so i've been wanting to lose weight for so long, and i just realised, why not just do it already? it can't be THAT hard, and luckily for me, i lose pounds pretty damn fast so i googled some tips, and here's some: 1: don't drink coffee or kakao - you should drink tea and water (which is easy for me since i dont like coffee) 2: eat slow, like, real slow, bc then you get full faster 3: stay away from sugar - if you really need sugar, take one piece, and then fresh fruit that was only a few, and also i'm going part town vegetarian, for a start, since i sure as hell wanna be a vegetarian, i just don't have the guts lol here's the dance video btw uhm |
