 ReportER Troubles
So, I got to be pulled out of school early, after my first block, to go to my doctor again. Two weeks ago, I was in the ER (a different one than my usual hospital) and had been diagnosed with colitis and a 1mm tumor on my right ovary by the doctor back there. Of course, I totally forgot the purpose of a radiologist and so when we went back to my usual hospital to see my personal doctor, he pulled up the transcripts from my ER visit.
He talked with me about my current symptoms, and then told us that in the transcript files, they never said I had colitis and that they weren't sure if the 1mm object on my ovary is a cyst or a tumor. We told my doctor that we had me take antibiotics for the colitis regardless, and that we were unaware of all this information. My doctor explained that perhaps after the ER doctor viewed my CT scans, that the radiologist looked over it too and wrote all this information down.
My doctor said to get more X-rays done (which we did and are waiting for the results) and that instead of the tumor/cyst being only 1mm, it's actually 9mm. So, we're planning to get an ultrasound here by next month or early June.
I'm just really confused and I'm the type of person that I enjoy writing things out to clear and help organize my mind. It makes me feel better honestly.

Do you have to see the doctors often? If so, is it something being treated?
What's the worst sickness you've had?
