The Voice of Germany - Review! |
Hey everyone, So today I want to tell you about my audition yesterday at 'The Voice of Germany', it was requested by a couple of people, so I decided to do one. First of all we were divided into groups which consist of 16-24 people(That's what I heard, my group consists of - I think - 16 people or something. So we were sitting in a room and the jury (consists of 3 people who weren't the 'Blind Audition Jury') was sitting in front of us. We had 20-30 seconds to sing a song (We could choose whatever we wanted (but we had to prepare 3 songs). There were a lot of talented singers, and 4-6 people (I can't remember how much exactly) get through to the next round. I didn't, I'm a little bit sad, because before I was really nervous, but everything was gone when I started to sing, I really enjoyed it, It was an awesome feeling, standing there and just sing out loud - I can't even describe this, it was just an amazing and totally fun experience, and I definitely will audition next year again. So after, me and my best friend went with some people to the city and talked, so looks like we made new friendships! One of them was such an amazing singer, I really can't believe he wasn't go through to the next round, he was so amazing. One of the guys we met and talked to (His name was Ben) went through to the next round, I chatted with him yesterday and wish him good luck, told him that I will support him in front of the Tv. He was amazing, and no matter how sad I am that I didn't go through to the next round, I'm more happy that Ben managed it! All in all, I'm still a little bit sad, but hey I made new friendships and I will never forget this amazing feeling when I was standing there and I will try again next year with a lot more practice! I wish you an amazing day, xoxo Sarah. |
