Basically it sorts any wishlist page but only
current page (It just moves items you own to the top, it's not so useful because you can't just open someone's wishlist with this extension and get all items you have on the first page)
It's just a bit faster way to check giant wishlists because this way you look at first items only and not at the whole 50something items on the page
